Beautiful property with amazing water views. Quick access to the water for boaters with minimal vehicle traffic. Not a location that is a neighborhood but a one way street, very quiet though. The pool and outdoor seating area/kitchen on the first floor were our favorite spot. Property manager was very responsive…we enjoyed the stay very much and would absolutely book again next year.

Excellent vacation home and even better customer service and response time with questions and addressing all needs. Very well equipped house. The only down side to the house design is no bathroom or kitchen sink downstairs. Beautiful views and would definitely stay there again.

Great house, wonderful location!

Our stay in Marathon was wonderful, and this house was just perfect! The views were great, beds extremely comfortable, plenty of kitchen dishes, utensils, etc. Our favorite part was the outdoor living area, we spent the majority of our time there enjoying the views, the pool and the warm breezes! Meredith was very responsive throughout the entire process from booking, to questions and check-in. Loved our trip, and highly recommend this beautiful house!

The house and the views were amazing.

We really enjoyed the house and it's outdoor amenities. The location was perfect. The views were fabulous! We had an amazing time. The construction next door was an issue only for a day by which the property manager gave us compensation for the inconvenience. All in all we would love to stay there again!

Beautiful modern house with a great view

Beautiful modern house with awesome amenities. Nice to have the pool shaded for the second half of the day for those who don't like too much sun. No sunset views but amazing sunrises, if you get up that early. Great house for a larger crowd.

50th Birthday Celebration

This house is stunning. We had a group of 7 and we had plenty of room. The best part was the outdoor living area & pool. We spent most of the time there. It is located on a quiet street with everything accessible off the main road. Beautiful drive to Key West; just over an hour with good traffic. Definitely recommend this beauty for your Florida Keys Vacation!

Great house

House was good, just a few things out of their control. Early morning and day Construction going on at other houses and a terrible smell coming off the ocean/ water that made sitting outside unpleasant. Otherwise, we enjoyed our week!

Thank you for your feedback and for choosing to stay with us! We’re glad you enjoyed the home overall. We’re sorry to hear the roof cleaning next door and ocean smell impacted your outdoor time. The pressure washing was a one-time event by a neighbor and not part of any ongoing construction, so future guests shouldn’t expect continued noise. We appreciate your understanding and hope to welcome you back for an even more relaxing stay in the future! 🌞
