Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love the location of the property. It was clean and well maintained. The only suggestion I would have is to advertise air conditioning as being primarily one room only. The air conditioning vent is in the front bedroom. It cools that room, but does not cool any of the rest of the unit. I specifically look for condos with air conditioning, and I do not feel like the air provided satisfied that want.

This particular unit is equipped with a single A/C system located in the front bedroom, which provides cooling to that area but may not extend as effectively throughout the rest of the unit. We certainly understand that guests specifically seeking full-unit cooling may have different expectations, and we appreciate your suggestion regarding how this is described in the listing. Guest feedback is invaluable, and we will review the wording of the listing to ensure it accurately reflects the cooling configuration so future guests can make the best choice for their needs. My family and i stayed here for 2 weeks. We loved every minute of it. It's a great location to be close to everything but still far enough away to relax. There was 6 of us and we had plenty of room. Absolutely gorgeous sunsets

Highly Recommend!

Very nice facilities, staff friendly and helpful, gorgeous views of the ocean from a roomy and furnished balcony where we drank coffee and ate breakfast every morning. Also loved the location - conveniently close yet away from the busy hustle. There was even snorkel gear and boogie boards provided by the host that we enjoyed using. My family stayed for a week and look forward to doing it again.

The sunset was amazing. Plus they have towel, chairs everything you may need there to use.

Wonderful first experience

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, myself and my family had a wonderful stay, highlighted by the wonderful view, comfortable home and first time experiencing Hawaii. The rental property was very spacious, well equip and had a wonderful location full of golf course views, ocean views and short walk down the stairs to the easily accessible pool. The open air environment allowed for great airflow through the house even with the temperatures being in the mid 80s. While doing research for housing in Hawaii, bugs were always something i saw on reviews for any home and can gladly say, they were limited in this home. I would easily rent this property again and recommend it to any other friend or family. Knutson and Associates were very attentive and wanted to ensure that our stay was pleasant.

Beautiful , Comfortable , Serene

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This location was ideal , close to many beautiful beaches and close to shops, and local markets. Very private , balcony is over looking a gulf course then you can see the beautiful coast . Would definitely recommend this villa and stay here again in the future . I have a big family so having a kitchen 3 bathrooms and washer and dryer was ideal . Closet was packed with linens and extra blankets and pillows as well . Only downside was that there was only AC in the downstairs bedroom , everywhere else had ceiling fans . Loved how quiet and calm the area was and how beautiful and serene it was when we opened all the shades in the morning . Everything you need is provided in the kitchen , all appliances and utensils and plates and cups , pots and pans . We bought a few essentials and made breakfast in the villa every morning before leaving to our activities. Beach chairs , beach towels , goggles and more are also provided in this villa , which was very helpful . Overall we were very happy here and felt right at home . And the price was great too!

Our stay was generally fine and pleasant. We were spoken to once about our children being noisy before 8:00 a.m.; however, the noise was coming from children outside the condo, who had also woken us up.The primary concern was the cockroaches. When we raised the issue, we were told it was addressed in the contract. After reviewing the contract, my understanding was that, due to the tropical environment, it is possible to encounter a cockroach—not that there would be an ongoing or significant infestation.The number of cockroaches was far beyond what we reasonably expected. While I am not an expert on insect life cycles, there were many cockroaches of multiple sizes throughout the entire unit. The largest were in the bedrooms, and in the kitchen, opening drawers often revealed dozens of mixed-size cockroaches. This gave us the clear impression that the unit was not being well maintained.When this was mentioned, we were told that we could purchase items ourselves to make our family more comfortable and be reimbursed. However, we did not come on vacation to perform pest control or maintenance. Other places we visited on the island were able to manage this issue to a comfortable and reasonable degree, which reinforces that this situation was not unavoidable, but excessive.

We’re very sorry that this was your experience and regret that it impacted your stay. Our intention was never to minimize your concerns. We only offered the option for you to purchase traps and be reimbursed in case you needed immediate relief, as sourcing items locally can sometimes be faster than waiting for delivery, especially while you were on vacation. We were also more than willing to purchase and provide traps ourselves to help make you comfortable, and this was communicated with that goal in mind. This unit is on a regular professional pest control service, and a treatment was completed shortly before your arrival. It is not uncommon for increased activity to occur immediately following service, particularly in a tropical environment. While occasional insects can unfortunately occur, we take all reports seriously and address them promptly. We understand how unsettling this can feel, especially for families, and we’re sorry that the situation did not meet your expectations. We truly appreciate your feedback. It was a great property for the 7 of us. I loved how there was enough sitting room for all of us. We loved hanging out on the lanai. I stayed in the one bedroom with AC so we were fine at night. Our daughters and granddaughter had the master and were warm some nights. They were awesome and got us 3 tower fans to help cool us off.
