La nostra unità è spaziosa con soffitti alti, favolosa luce solare e splendide viste sull'oceano. Questa elevata unità del terzo piano offre un meraviglioso lanai con vista su campi da golf ben curati, fiori tropicali, formazioni di lava naturale e palme lussureggianti il tutto su uno splendido sfondo blu oceano.

Il condominio è un resort a cinque stelle di qualità a seguito di una completa ristrutturazione alla fine del 2015. Dispone di 3 camere da letto e 3 bagni. Gli armadi da cucina e da bagno sono in acero cappuccino con eleganti banconi in granito. La nuova pavimentazione in piastrelle completa le stanze al piano inferiore, il lanai e la zona giorno. Il loft ha il pavimento in vinile di altissima qualità. C'è un barbecue a gas sul lanai, unità di aria condizionata in tutte le camere (recentemente aggiunto nella camera da letto a soppalco), ventilatori a soffitto in tutte le camere, una cucina completamente attrezzata, internet ad alta velocità con accesso WiFi, TV via cavo, lettore DVD e centro di intrattenimento con TV aggiuntiva nella camera da letto principale. Gli ospiti dovrebbero trovare teli da mare anche per un giorno in spiaggia.

This is probably the best condo we have ever rented in all of our years of traveling. It was exceptionally clean, kitchen well stocked, communication with owner was excellent, great details were given around the surrounding area restaurants, and things to do. Check out reminder was so appreciated. You will not be disappointed with this lovely home away from home.

Thank you so much for sharing your lovely home with us! The condo was the perfect home base while we explored the Big Island. It was close to towns, so we could go out to dinner, but quiet and peaceful. The pool was a short walk away, and we often had it to ourselves. It was the perfect size for us (me, hubs, and his mother), beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was fully stocked. Michael, the owner, was super helpful with suggestions for walks and making sure we had everything we needed. Thanks so much!

We could not have asked for a better experience than we had with this condo and owner! The condo was perfect for our family; the views from the lanai were just so beautiful, the location was ideal for all of our adventures across the island, and it was walking distance to shopping and some really good restaurants. Everything was sparkling clean and I can say with no hesitation that all of the little touches the owner provided, such as kitchen and household items, beach chairs, beach towels, and coolers, made the trip so easy and enjoyable. Michael clearly cares that his guests have a great vacation and has put a lot of effort into making sure the condo exceeds expectations and that any questions are answered very quickly. We hope to return to the Big Island sooner rather than later and will definitely stay here again. Thanks for everything Michael!

This is a lovely condo for our family of five.We had everything we needed, down to the snorkel and beach gear. We could easily prepare a family meal or pop out to a nearby local restaurant for a bite to eat. We enjoyed this location for the space and scenery. All our needs were met, or yet, we could easily access those items we forgot or wanted.Our family of grown children could spread out and feel like they weren't restricted. Each room has its own bathroom, and showers were easy. We enjoyed one anothers company and our privacy as well.

This is the best appointed condo I have ever stayed in...and I have stayed in quite a few. The appliances are lovely..and EVERYTHING worked perfectly! Lovely decor and so much was provided for. This was the perfect place to stay for a week-long vacation on the big island! We loved the pool and used it daily (and we were often the only ones swimming in it!), we could drive to the beach easily, and the home was well-appointed with anything you’d need. The rooms were spacious and clean, the balcony’s sunsets were extraordinary, and the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare a Thanksgiving dinner! It was a great home for a multi-generational family vacation and we would absolutely stay again!

It's hard to leave such a beautiful place. The location was ideal, close to shops, beaches, golf!

Enjoyed our time here. Coffee on the lanai ia a great way to start the day. Amazing sunsets every evening from the lanai as well.

Everything we needed and more. There was a beach umbrella, several beach chairs, coolers to use towels to use and a wonderful lanai that we spent a lot of time on in the morning. The condo is very convenient to everything. We will definitely be back.

Great place to stay

Great size house for our family (Myself, spouse and three adult kids 18, 20, and 25). Owner was easy to communicate with and accommodating. Place was spotless and very roomy. Place had all the amenities for beach days (chairs, boogie boards, and umbrella). It was perfectly located for all our adventures (Manta Ray boat trip, Dolphin snorkeling trip and visit to the erupting Volcano National Park).

My wife Maureen and I have twin 19 year olds, Aiden and Adela. My parents have had their primary residence on the Big Island of Hawaii about 850 ft. above the city of Kailua Kona for almost 20 years. We have been visiting them for years and they were the ones who turned us on to purchasing our investment property in Country Club Villas when this third story unit became available for purchase in the fourth quarter of 2014.

Perché ha scelto questa struttura

We did a full remodel in 2015, which took 6 months to complete. My mother use to own an interior design center in Portland, Oregon and she supervised the entire remodel. Our condo is now of the highest quality, and since we usually stay at my parent's home when we visit, we wanted to open up our beautiful unit to wonderful people who have their own high standards when it comes to vacation rentals.

Cosa rende unica questa struttura

Not only did we remodel our condo with the highest quality materials, but we are one of a few Hawaii rentals that has A/C units in each of the bedrooms. Most rentals in Hawaii only come equipped with ceiling fans. For the comfort of our guests, we wanted to ensure each bedroom had an in-wall A/C unit. This really makes a difference from other rental properties and you can't beat the view from our lanai!
