Unfortunately, our cleaning crew, for the first time locked the bottom lock, causing the issue preventing you from making access. We're sorry this happened during your stay. The issue has been addressed and resolved so that future guests do not share the same experience. We provide our guests with an email address should they have any issues or concerns during their stay so that we can address them promptly. We truly go above and beyond for our guests, and we are confident that future guests will have excellent stays!

We hope that the owners' responsiveness and communication helped ease some of these inconveniences. The listing description includes the square footage, however, we apologize if the size of the condo caught you off guard. The homeowners are going to add more information in the house manual about how to operate a Roku stick for the TVs- not provided but for guests who bring their own - so that future guests will be able to easily access this entertainment. We can assure you that it is just as advertised online. All the types of furniture and the features you see on the listing are accurately advertised. We encourage guests to thoroughly review the listing before booking to meet expectations. We understand taste in design is subjective so not everyone will be pleased -We take the accuracy of our listings seriously, and we have a no-pet policy and no pets in our home. Upon examination before and after your stay, we could not find any evidence of what you described. We responded promptly to address the issue, offering to resolve this the same day, however, there was no indication this was still a concern and further inspection and cleaning were declined by your group We have had such positive reviews in the past and since your stay. We work very hard to ensure all guests arrive at a 5-star experience at our vacation home and we're confident that we will continue to do so moving forward!
