Loved this large home and so wonderful for a family beach visit! Plenty of bedrooms for all! Enjoyed every afternoon in the pool! We loved riding bikes on the island and especially sunrise at Driftwood Beach, a must! Would definitely book again when visiting Jekyll!!

The house is great for a large family.Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms.Nice center gathering room.Small pool, but was nice.Several things seem to be an ongoing issue;1) WiFi and Cable was out2) Beach access seems to have been an issue for quite a while. Access walk to beach is damaged and seems to have been in that condition for a while.

Perfect beach location for a large group or family. The pool was used every day and evening. Can access the beach at low tide directly from back yard. Note. The stairs to the beach were closed during our visit for maintenance so confirm beach access when booking.

The house is deceiving from the outside but there are ample bedrooms and baths as advertised. I've stayed at many VRBOs and every other one has had salt and pepper etcetera but this house does not offer any spices or mayo/mustard so I was glad I brought it all in. The main kitchen refrigerator held all meals for 15 people for 4 days plus. We were delighted to find a second refrigerator just inside the north hallway which we used as a beverage refrigerator. Ample garbage bags were supplied and starter tp and paper towels. Bath towels were a bit limited so I was glad we brought in our own towels as well as beach towels as they did not supply. There are a great amount of dishes, silverware, pots and pans! The oven and stove and microwave worked well. The washer and dryer were great. We brought our own laundry soap but there were a couple of pods. Also there was a pump soap in every bathroom and in the kitchen. A sponge and small dishsoap was supplied and ample dishwasher pods. Crib in the north bedroom closet with the twin beds. There is a highchair. Ample seating between the sun room and main living. There were board games and puzzles. The pool was very nice and heated. It was serviced on Thursday morning when we were there. We asked for ants to be attended to in the pool area and it was completed quickly. There are floats and 3 Adirondack chairs, plus 2 recliners a table and chairs. A storm took out the beach access and we went to the public beach and Driftwood anyway.

It's no easy task to find a 7-bedroom, oceanfront property with a private pool. This was perfect for a family celebration and Benji was great in making the booking as easy as possible. All the reviews about the limited beach access due to high tides pushing the waves to the rocks are accurate, but there is an opening to use the beach for some play time in the ocean. When I saw the temperatures at night might make the pool cool, I contacted Benji before our stay to have the pool heater turned on. There is an extra charge but it was worthwhile to ensure everyone would be comfortable.

We truly enjoyed our time on the island. The home was big enough plus extra unused rooms for the whole family to enjoy. Outstanding location on the water.

10 of us had a reunion with old college friends. The house was perfect for this size group. Loved all the indoor and outdoor spaces. We appreciated the fully equipped kitchen but could use some organizing. Most of us felt the beds were ok but could use replacement of mattresses as they were a bit lumpy. Towels provided were a bit thread bare and we needed more which we found in a closet. Would rent again and overall give a 4 out of 5.

They need a new cleaning service. Pee and poop stains on toilet. Dust on furniture. Dried food on appliances and cupboard doors. Water filter leaking in refrigerator. Burners on stove not regulating heat. No privacy curtains in one of the bathrooms. Small pool for 16 people. Ants infestation for first days of stay until sprayed for midweek. Floors turned feet black within minutes of being there. Some light bulbs out giving a darkened appearance in room when trying to play games. Otherwise it is a nice house and a nice layout

Hello Virginia, I apologize for the list of issues you had during your stay. Inside on the counter there is a sheet of paper that has all the house information including your wifi information. At the top of the page there is my personal number and next to my name it says. Please contact us upon arrival if there is anything not in order with the property. I had no messages on VRBO nor any phone calls from you the entire week. One phone call and we would have sent someone right over to make things right. With this many issues I would have come myself. Going over past reviews and emails from past guest none of these issues have been reported except ant issues. We had not had rain in over 17 days the week that you were here. So we did have ants and carpenter ants coming in some of the properties looking for water.

The house was clean and spacious. We enjoyed that it is just steps from the beach. The large spacious kitchen was nice and well equiped. Would definitely recommend for large families.

Our New Favorite Jekyll Island House

We met a bunch of family here for a long weekend, and it was really the perfect house for a big group. The kitchen is exceptionally well stocked, the huge gathering space was great for everyone to hang out, the heated pool was perfect for chilly evenings, and the location right at a walkway made getting to the beach easy. Overall perfect experience!

Albright Lane

We had a wonderful family vacation at this Jekyll Island property! While the house is a bit dated, it was very comfortable and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The location can’t be beat—right on the ocean with incredible views and a fantastic pool that our family really enjoyed. The management team was responsive and helpful, quickly addressing any questions or concerns we had. Thank you for a great experience!

Perfect location, scenery, spacious comfortable, accommodating house for all of us, 2 months to 67 years. Nice yard, pool, grill, on beach…. couldn’t have pick a better place! Looking forward to next visit!

Making memories

We had our honeymoon on Jekyll. Retuned this year to celebrate our 40th with our 2 daughters and their families.Lots of room, neat layout, sunroom with ocean view, heated pool. Grandkids loved it! Perfect for our needs.
