Overall, it was a good experience. The location is great, but the property could benefit from a few improvements. The mattresses are extremely firm and were quite uncomfortable. We also found the request to keep the AC between 72–75 degrees unreasonable, especially during the hot summer months. The pool itself was okay, but the surrounding area could use more regular upkeep. There were quite a few leaves and cigarette butts around the pool, which made the area feel less clean and maintained than we expected. With a little more attention to comfort, cleanliness, and maintenance, this could be a much better stay.

Very nice inside and loved how close the room was to the pool. I have never had to make my own bed or strip the beds when leaving a place so that was a bit of a downfall. Overall the place itself and location worked for us.

Thanks so much for the review, we really appreciate the feedback. Our agreement with the linen rental company is that the linens arrive, wrapped in plastic, and that their drivers drop off just inside the door. Other companies utilize cleaning teams to make beds and the cost for that extra duty is passed on to the guests. We prefer to do what we can to keep costs low and keep the cleaning team focused on cleaning. We know we're a little different in how we do linens, so we describe the process in the check-in instructions we send so there's no surprises. We're so glad to hear you enjoyed the condo. Please come back and stay with us again! David & Rhonda

Nice location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Good for a small family—pretty inside. The pool faces all of the units and when the kids were playing we got some dirty looks because of the noise, so be aware of that. Quiet, off street parking. There were no blankets for the pull out couch. Double check the location instructions because it is off 33rd, not 32nd like our instructions said.
