The dryer was broken and we were expected to be there when the repair people wanted to look at it. The tvs and tv remotes were broken and the light and fan switch in the master bedroom was broken. The resort was nice and the condo was clean.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad you found the condo clean and enjoyed the resort. Regarding the dryer, we arranged for a technician to visit while you were at the property so you could be present during the inspection. When you requested to reschedule upon their arrival, we respected your preference. We’re sorry to hear about the issues with the TVs, remotes, and master bedroom switch. Had we known about these concerns during your stay, we would have been happy to arrange assistance as soon as possible. We appreciate you bringing these matters to our attention, as guest feedback helps us identify areas that need attention and improve the experience for future stays. Thank you again for staying with us.

Family Trip!

First time for many of my family members in Orlando. This was a great home. Had plenty of beds to accommodate our three families. Had everything we needed in the kitchen. They provided all the necessities to get our week started including laundry pods. The resort amenities were awesome. The kids enjoyed the lazy river and pools. Adults enjoyed the hot tub and access to bar. The host was very responsive and appreciated the hospitality. Would definitely stay here again.

My family of 5 enjoyed our 6 night stay. The house was very clean and comfortable. It was about a 30-45 min drive to get most places such as theme parks, icon park, etc. if you plan to use the lazy river, bring a float or pool noodle. They are not provided. The host was quick to respond and wanted to make sure we had everything we needed. Overall it was a great stay and I would stay here again.
