The Bungalow Maggie - Boho Mid Century Oasis
The Bungalow Maggie is a sweet little desert getaway in the Demuth Park area of Palm Springs. A stylish and comfy private rental close to hiking, dining, and entertainment. Enjoy a dip in the pool or chat around the fireplace with a glass of wine. The Bungalow Maggie is a home away from home for all who stay here. A bohemian feel with a strong nod to the beloved mid-century design of Palm Springs. The house has been renovated and decorated with lots of love and attention!
The space
This home has a large living room perfect for lounging, hanging with friends, playing board games or making a cocktail at our dry bar. It has ample seating, a remote controlled gas fireplace and a brand new 4K Smart TV ready for your Hulu and Netflix viewing. We do not offer cable or local channels. The bungalow has 3 bedrooms (two with queen sized beds and one with two twin beds). The master has a private entrance to the pool area. There are two bathrooms. One bath is directly off the master bedroom. Both have showers and the guest bath also has a tub. It has been completely renovated and carefully decorated for a fun, light and airy desert vacation feel. Perfect for friends, families, and romantic getaways! The house has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The backyard has lots of lounging areas, a pool and hot tub, a gas grill, and a beautiful grapefruit tree! Feel free to pick and enjoy. The pool area is surrounded by privacy shrubs and mountain views. This isn't just a vacation property, it's our happy place and home away from home. We hope all who stay here enjoy it as much as we do and treat it as they would want their own house treated.
Pool heating fee of $75 per night is optional, but recommended mid Sept thru mid May.

Guest access
Guests have access to the whole house. Access to the garage is available to use the washer and dryer. No cars are allowed in the garage. You are welcome to park in the driveway.
Other things to note
- Primary Guest MUST be at least 25 years old and provide a copy of their photo ID.
- An actual rental agreement must be signed by the primary guest and ALL adult guests
MUST sign the Palm Springs Rules & Regulations for Vacation Rentals
- Palm Springs Noise Ordinance is STRICTLY enforced
- NO glass of any kind in the pool area
- NO wet pool butts on the couch (Please dry off after enjoying the pool)
- Please don't touch neon sign. Simply ask Alexa to turn on/off Neon Sign "Alexa, Turn on
neon sign"
- 6 guests max
SEPARATELY INVOICED - POOL HEATING:
** Optional Fee of $75 per night for Pool Heat (recommended mid Sept thru mid May)
The above fee will be charged separately.
- Stays over 28 nights are not subject to the 12.5% Lodging tax.
- No Glass of any kind in the pool area.
- Be sure to lock all doors, windows, gates, etc when you leave the property.
- Do not move any of the furnishings. Leave the house as you found it.
-Do not touch the neon sign. The oils from your skin can cause neon to burst. Simply tell Alexa to "Turn On/Off the Neon Sign."
