This property is just as it is pictured. The unit is beautiful and definitely the nicest unit in Hilton Head that we have ever stayed in. The only issue that we had was the internet. We rented through VRBO, but it went through Home and Away and their interned in the unit was not good. My daughter had some work she needed to do and was unable due to this issue.

This was our first time at this location and already look forward to staying again! The room was exactly as pictured. Very clean and comfortable. Communication with Host and Home was amazing. They checked in every day. The pool was heated which made our girls happy and the beach was right out the gate from the pool. We ate at San Miguel’s right across the entrance to the Dunes. The location is perfect. Kroger 1 mile away. Everything is just a few minutes away. Can’t say enough good things about our experience with this rental.

Fall beach trip

Was very nice inside and out. The gift basket from the host was a nice touch. Other than no hot water in one shower, everything else was awesome. I just used the other bathroom. We had a two bedroom and it was just the two of us so that worked out for us.

Windsor court

Very clean, roomy and spacious. Water pressure is meek and dishwasher leaks, could use an upgrade on elevator system but use the stairs and you get your steps in. Overall, resort was very nice!! Would recommend anyone stay. Also it was so nice to have a condo that had hangers in the closets and iron and ironing board!

Hilton Head Golf Vacation

This property was very well maintained and located close to all Palmetto Dune courses. The host Host and Home had a gift basket when we arrived filled with snacks, coffee and cookies. There was a box containing dish detergent and dishwasher pods, clothes detergent and a sponge. There were boxes in each bathroom with soap shampoo, body wash and skin cream. There were sufficient bath towels neatly arranged in a pile tied by a hand towel. Cudoos to Hist and Home.

Overall, I would recommend this room to anyone and would book again. The room was well decorated and spacious (my only negative-main areas are very clean but we found food and crumbs in the pull out sofa, and surfaces of furniture were very dusty). However, this would be fixed easily with a refresher with the cleaning staff. The space itself was overall sanitary and the amount of storage space for our family was wonderful! We loved the large master bathroom/bedroom separate from the other room for our kids. The kitchen came well stocked with supplies for cooking, the large laundry room was a massive bonus for our extended stay. The bar space came in handy for making cocktails in the evenings. There were board games to play with the kids and we had a couple movie nights in the large living area. The grounds are as beautiful as the pictures. The hot tub is not in working order, and does not look like it will be anytime soon. This was not a make or break for us because the pools were great! There were three gas grills poolside to use for grilling out. The walk to the beach from the pool is short, and it is private. Customer service was absolutely fantastic! They text with us throughout the trip, and were happy to accommodate our needs. The welcome basket upon entry was a great touch. Thank you for an amazing week for my family!

Beautiful, comfortable and clean condominium

The condominium in Hilton Head that my friend and I stayed at was beautiful, comfortable and clean. The only issue we had with the condominium itself was that the sliding screen door leading out to the outdoor patio area was not working. My only negative feedback was the AI Check-In Process. The location was incorrect! It states Windsor Court South when it was Windsor Court North! The condominium number was was 4205, so we thought the condominium was on the 4th floor. We wandered around the 4th floor after we found it's location was North, not South! We tried to contact someone but were told that only to continue the call if it was an Emergency and we would be charged a fee for the call. It was not an Emergency, so we continued to wander around the fourth floor after traveling all day and being tired. We did run into some people coming out of their condominium and they said that it was actually on the second floor; that the second number of the condominium let you know what floor it is on. An accurate address and a simple statement that it was on the second floor could have saved us a lot of grief !
