Il nostro condominio è un design a pianta aperta per una facile socializzazione tra le aree cucina, sala da pranzo e soggiorno. Il tavolo da pranzo può ospitare 6 persone e la panca della cucina può ospitare 3 persone. Dal soggiorno si affaccia sulla baia di Banderas. Per le migliori viste panoramiche, accedi al balcone dal soggiorno o dalla camera da letto principale. La master suite ha un letto king size, TV con Blue Ray, una scrivania e un bagno completo con doppio lavandino e ampia cabina doccia. La camera degli ospiti, con vista sulle colline della Sierra Madre, ha due letti singoli che possono essere uniti per formare un altro letto king size e ha anche una Smart TV. Il bagno per gli ospiti è accessibile da questa camera da letto o dalla zona giorno principale.

This is an outstanding condo to spend a relaxing vacation in! First, the views are breathtaking from the 9th floor deck. Janet has provided about anything you could need to cook in her kitchen...possibly the most well-stocked kitchen I've used. The condo is beautiful, beds are so comfortable, the furniture is comfortable, the huge island in the kitchen provides a great space. We will absolutely be renting here again. Janet was lovely to work with. Villas Vista del Sol is a wonderful condo complex, safe, clean, friendly, beautiful and located in the perfect place! Can't wait to return!

The unit was exactly as advertised. There were no surprises. Janet is a great host - communicative and responsive. The building and unit were both very, very clean. In fact, probably the cleanest place we have rented on VRBO. It was such a great place and experience that we reserved the unit for next year before we even left to come home!

This was our second stay here. It was perfect for our family of four. The updated TV enabled us to catch some NFL games and the new kitchen is lovely. VDS is a great building with a fabulous front desk and cleaning staff. You just can't beat the location and view either. We had a great time making family memories. We wouldn't hesitate to return.

I can't say enough about the view and location of this lovely, well-appointed condo. From the check-in process to the check-out everything was next to perfect. Great communication with the owner. One side of the mattress in the primary bedroom felt a bit worn, but it didn’t take away from an otherwise great stay.” Our overall experience was wonderful and we’d happily return.”

My late husband and I traveled annually to Mexico, always visiting Puerto Vallarta. He was a physician with the Permanente Medical Group, also known as Kaiser Permanente, for 44 years before retiring in 1999. In addition to practicing internal medicine, his specialty was Travel Medicine for which he provided advice on precautions to take while traveling; immunizations that were required and other pertinent information about the travel destination. I was associated with Wells Fargo Bank beginning in 1977 working in a variety of positions, mostly in the institutional trust area and risk management on behalf of the bank. I retired in January 2014, I have 4 adult children (2 sons and 2 daughters) and 6 wonderful grandchildren (one grandson and 5 granddaughters) and now 2 great grandsons.

Perché ha scelto questa struttura

We were thrilled when we heard about a condominium complex to be built where the River Quale meets the Bay of Banderas. It had a beautiful white sand beach and lots of open space and, at that time, was a more quiet end of the beach. Having stayed in many different locations over the years, my late husband and I knew this is where we wanted to be. The resulting Vista del Sol is a beautifully maintained complex located in the Romantic Zone, close to dining, art galleries, beaches and shopping.

Cosa rende unica questa struttura

Aside from the great central location where you can walk to anything you want to do, there is nothing so special as sitting on your balcony watching the sun set every day. The sound of the ocean lulls you to sleep and the sound of the vendors and birds wake you each morning. What could be better?!
