Our cleaning team was finishing preparations in an adjacent unit when you arrived slightly after check-in time, this is why the door was temporarily open as they moved between properties. Staff were on-site and available, not absent as suggested. Regarding the shower, our maintenance records show this issue was reported and resolved prior to your arrival. We responded immediately when you mentioned it and had no further communication from you, so we assumed it was working properly during your stay. Building hallway odors are beyond our control as a individual unit owner and reflect the diverse, urban residential nature of the building – not the condition of our specific apartment. Regarding the couch, we professionally deep clean all furniture regularly. Normal use between deep cleanings can result in minor debris accumulation, which is why we encourage guests to contact us immediately during their stay so we can address any concerns in real-time. Our photos accurately represent the apartment. We maintain our properties to high standards, as reflected in our many positive reviews. We'd be happy to welcome you back and address any concerns immediately during your stay.

We provide a standard starter set of essentials, but items like facial tissue, spices, and expanded cookware are not listed or guaranteed. Our team responded promptly to your concerns and provided guidance, including clarification on the BBQs, which are managed seasonally by the building.
