Had a wonderful family get away, close to beach and beautiful sunsets. House setup was great, comfortable and clean with a big enclosed backyard and back deck!

We had a great stay. Communication was quick and easy. The beach is an easy walk from the house. The house had everything we needed and more.

This property was great! It’s about 20 minutes from Cape May! We got to check in early thanks to the host so we could decorate for my little sister’s bachelorette. There was plenty of space for everyone to sleep and get ready.

There home was spacious and clean. We had 11 guests and slept comfortably. Back yard was also spacious. The bayside beach was very close and beautiful for sunsets but not really swimmable. The host responded to questions very quickly.

The house was very nice and clean! It was just perfect for our family! The layout of the house was so nice for our family and it was on a quiet street! We would definitely come and stay again!

Had a wonderful stay! The hosts were so communicative and made the process so easy. It was a lovely home and had everything we needed.They even let us last minute add on an additional day. Would definitely recommend staying here!

We had a very nice stay in the Villas. My Family was down for our son's wedding in the area and rented for 2 nights to be close and relax alittle. We were close to the beach and everything else we needed was close by. The house was very open and decorated nice. This was our dogs first trip overnight somewhere and she loved it and the fenced in backyard was a plus. We will be back again.

The place was lovely—perfectly set up for our family and dog. It was just the right distance for a nice walk to the beach as well. With a little more attention to cleaning and maintenance, it would have easily earned an excellent rating. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and appreciated the owner’s quick response whenever needed. Thank you!

Home of the best sunsets

We had a very nice family vacation at this property. The property was spacious and nicely decorated inside. It is centrally located between Cape May, Wildwood & Stone Harbor. The Host thoughtfully provided beach tags to Cape May.The local beach lived up to its reputation of home of the best sunsets. Great for pictures. Thank you for a great family getaway.

This stay is a beautiful home and much larger than expected! Host was very kind with letting us use the downstairs suite for our seven adults and two infants stay! It made it much more comfortable! Unfortunately was rocky to begin with, cleaning crew had not shown up to clean bedding and floors. Host was very quick to rectify the situation and refunded us the expenses paid for cleaning. Host was very responsive throughout the stay and everything was easy to access and check in and check out.

A perfect stay where beautiful sunsets live!

This beach house was such a wonderful place to stay for our family & friends! A short walk to the beach, along with new updates to the house and a roomy backyard with a shed of beach chairs & bikes made it feel like home away from home. On the last night, I definitely enjoyed a sunset ride with one of those bikes. I loved that everything in this house was intentional, including a phone charger in the kitchen because I left mine behind. We checked out nearby Wildwood Boardwalk - a nice place for the family, and never ending delicious food spots like Mel’s Place, Fleck’s Ice Cream, Rino’s Pizza, and Taqueria Casa Mia. The owner and property manager are extremely nice and helped us settle in for the MDW wknd. We also brought our senior dog, who loved this area and took in some of the sunsets with the family.

This property appeared as listed in a quiet, safe neighborhood. The house was updated and well cleaned prior to our arrival. Although the listing on VRBO said check-in was at 3 PM, our instructions stated 4 PM. However, I reached out to the host and they notified us when cleaning was complete, which was before 3 PM. The sleeping arrangements were comfortable for our party of 11, including 5 young kids. The back yard was a good spot for the kids to play and for bonfires on a few calm nights. The outdoor shower was a must with all of the sand! I loved the convenience of the laundry machines, dishwasher, air conditioning, the outdoor grill, and 2 full bathrooms. The fridge’s built-in ice maker was also well-used. Sadly, we did not find the nearby beach to meet our standards. We instead drove to Cape May each day, which was manageable, just not ideal. 4 tags provided!Some things that the host could improve upon:-more comfortable mattresses-less used/worn couches -fixing some simple broken items (a support board hanging from the bottom of the couch, the knob to turn on/off the table lamp in the living room, the cracked front screen door-adding hooks! There was nowhere to hang bath towels and the like inside! And of course at the beach the floor is full of sand, you MUST keep your towel from touching or you’re doomed. Luckily there was a clothesline in the backyard that we used for beach stuff, but each bedroom and the bathrooms could use more hooks for bath towels.

Amazing Family Getaway

Tiffany’s home was warm, welcoming and well-appointed for a beautiful family getaway! The bedrooms were comfortable, spacious and pretty. AC was perfect for a comfortable nights sleep. Bathroom was so clean and large. Great water pressure. Kitchen had everything we needed for a multi generational family stay! The details are so thoughtful with beach chairs, umbrella, games and fire pit for tons of fun at home or the beach which is a 3 min walk away. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful as is the beach. Perfect for catching a beautiful sunset. Everything is just a short ride away. Was easy to get to Cape May or Wildwood. Or just a short walk to a great ice cream place. We loved our stay and will be back every year!

As long time Jersey Shore vacationers (Avalon, OCNJ) .. but first time Villas Vacationers, this home checked all the boxes for a multi family vacation with 7 adult teenagers (16-21) 4 parents 2 dogs. We wanted to go away together, but with college tuitions.. had a tight budget. This home was everything we needed. All up to date! The beds were very comfortable & the bed linens were conveniently included & soft. Even my husband was impressed with all the color schemes. We were just down the street from the bay. Took a few walks, enjoyed the sunset. The kitchen is very well stocked. Appliances are new. We made our own dinners & had plenty of seating. Made so many memories !!! The bathrooms are big & towels included. Such a huge savings when packing. We had 4 boys in one room, and 3 girls in another. Fits bigger kids perfectly. Would be great for little kids too. We really enjoyed the back deck & loved the outside shower!! The owners are so generous with sharing bikes & beach chairs. Don’t hesitate to try the Villas! Easy drive to The Crest or any beach for what suits your needs. Also local stores, food, bars in the Villas, is better than youd imagine. So many options. The AC also rocked in this property !!! So don’t be afraid to try the villas, and specifically this property is up to date & absolutely amazing !!! The owners also contact you so quickly. VERY positive experience!!! Thanks Tiffany ! The dogs gave 8 Paws - Up !

Communication with the host was easy and helpful. We had a good time here as a group of 12 and a dog. Overall we were satisfied. Leisurely walking to the local breakfast place was fun. 3mins to a pharmacy and a gas station. The ice cream shop is also close by. Walking distance to the bay/beach and watching the sunset after couple mins walking. Nice kitchen, easy parking. Outdoor shower has hot water.

We had a wonderful stay at this Sunset Bayside Beach House! The home was clean, comfortable, and perfect for our family. The layout with four bedrooms and three bathrooms gave everyone plenty of space, making it easy to relax after a day of exploring Cape May.The house was well-maintained, welcoming, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was peaceful and made for a great home base while enjoying the area. We truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a spacious and relaxing place to stay in Cape May. We would happily stay here again!
