It’s a beautiful home right on the beach. It’s probably the best view and location in Yachats. The home is very clean, spacious and comfortable. The hosts were very responsive to all our needs. We hated to leave!

Pacific Vista has a million dollar views. The beach is wide and beautiful. The beds are comfy and clean. The kitchen is well stocked with glass, plates, pots and pans. The coffee maker does not need filters and there was some coffee supplied. The house furniture and dishes are a little long in the tooth which does not show in the pictures, but great and comfortable.

Wonderful Views!

Beautiful location with amazing views of the ocean! Accommodations were very nice and location was perfect. As an older ocean front home, it could use some TLC.

Lovely location

We loved the view, nearness to beach, and everything was very clean. It is a bit weathered, but it felt like a beach cabin with all of the necessities.

Perfect Getaway!

The house was clean and well-stocked for anything we could have needed. Lots of toys for the kiddos and everything needed to build an epic sandcastle! We had a great stay and will definitely stay again in the future!

Great location and place...access to the beach was terrible. We had to get the steps dug ourselves and get some board on there because it was so slippery. Inside of the house was amazing!!

Amazing house

My family of 5 plus grandparents stayed here for our end of summer vacation. The house was very clean, easy to check in and check out. The beach path was very well maintained and we enjoyed the big windows looking out towards the ocean and even saw some whale spouts. Our party of 7 were very comfortable in the house and will definitely be booking it again.

Amazing time at Pacific Vista

We loved staying at this house, everything was there that we needed. It definitely was our home away from home. The ocean views were breath taking. Brittany, our property manager was awesome. She responded quickly to any questions or needs that we had. Will definitely stay with Sweet Homes in the future.

Amazing

The house location was absolutely amazing! Easy access to the beach for my elderly parents who could also sit on the couch in the living room and watch everything we were doing on the beach when they didn't feel like coming down. Our goal was to enjoy the scenery and each other without having to deal with crowds and traffic and this spot hit the mark perfectly! The rental company was very accommodating, timely and a pleasure to work with!

Beautiful views and access to beach oceanfront but definitely needs updating. King mattress not comfortable and bathroom fixtures didn’t pull easily

Good property could great with some TLC

The house has good bones but it really needs to be taken care of better. Lots of wear and tear. But plenty of good things to compensate for that. Beautiful view out of the huge windows. Really nice beach. Feels very private even though there are houses nearby. Yachats is a really cool little town. The Cape Perpetua area nearby is possibly the most beautiful spot on the entire Oregon coast. Property manager was responsive and good to work with.

Light, view, privacy are here

There is a marvelous electronic fireplace, and together with the ocean views in daytime this stay is a visual treat. A broken ladder to the upper bunk, light bulb and dishwasher soap were replaced within the day. Beach access was washed out without a hazardous "slide", and what a gorgeous stretch of ocean. beach it is! I liked the electronic keypad, plentiful towels, wild rabbits in the yard and large kitchen.

The location of this property was excellent! The view is outstanding! The property manager was quick to respond to any questions and the check in process was easy. Be advised although quite functional and clean, the property shows signs of wear and tear. The windows, decks, carpeting and blinds need replacing ( upstairs deck had a sign to not use but was not locked to avoid inadvertently using). Pots and pans need to be evaluated and replaced. It still functions well and we had a wonderful vacation but if you are expecting a well maintained home when renting best to look elsewhere.

The dunes

Location, view and layout were great. The house could use some loving care. Entrance from the beach was on to carpeted dining room and no water outside to rinse off. So the carpet was dirty. We did our best but you can't take off your feet. Bathroom fixtures were on need of repair. But the beach was amazing.

Okay but not great

We had a wonderful stay but the place is a little run down but that can happen with a rental for sure. The toilet paper holder and shower disperser was obviously broke off by someone at some time, the floors were dirty and most of the window sills have some spider webs in them and several of the outlets covers are missing or sticking out from the wall. The fan in the upstairs bathroom doesn't really turn off, there is a switch and if you hold it down it will stay off but no amount of trying to secure it with tape would turn it off. The kitchen seemed to be a bit thrown together but all in all it was a good stay and we didn't have any issues.

Pacific Vista - June 2023

Would have been excellent, but non-functional kitchen refrigerator was unacceptable. It was plugged in, but no note it was not working. We had to throw away food that spoiled after a day or two. There was a smaller working refrigerator also in the dining room, but we assumed it was for additional food and drink. It was missing a shelf and didn’t have enough room. They brought a shelf after we told property management. Clearly it was brought in to use instead of the big two door refrigerator that didn’t work. The ceiling fan in the master bedroom also didn’t work and it was hot without it. Fellow came to try to repair it without success. Window cranks for downstairs bedrooms also didn’t work. The house is nice, but needs repair and lacking the refrigerator shown in the listing and photos really didn’t work for us.

Beach anniversary

Wonderful location for quiet and solitude, which was our goal. Views very nice, directly in front and house is more than 100 yards from art 101 with woods between, so no sound our view from road, only the waves and birds. Several really small items need repair, but everything we needed was there and worked. Thank you!
