Great location. Walkable to a number of restaurants, beach, and other local spots. Hosts communication was great and process was easy. Comfortable beds. Only negative was lack of blackout curtains/blinds.

The house was fantastic. Views and location where wonderful. My only two items I wished had been a little better was a better stocked kitchen and a grill that worked. Otherwise, it was perfect!

Great house in an even better location! The view can’t be beat! Sitting in the hot tub while overlooking the water was just perfect. The street that runs in front of the house is quiet and peaceful. And, town is mere footsteps away so everything is walkable. The kids enjoyed the game room too! Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful location! We decided to just park the car for our few days there an enjoy everything by foot. An unexpected bonus was looking out the front window at the river and the incoming/outgoing tides and seeing how much it changed all the time.

Wonderful views

It was a great time to be in Yachats. Quiet and sunny. The views from the deck were wonderful (bald eagles and seal cubs feeding)

The house was fantastic for our family. The view of the bay and the mouth of the river was totally unobstructed. Absolutely fascinating to watch the tides come in and go out! Sunsets were beautiful too. The house was 2 blocks from town and there were fun restaurants to visit. The bakery sold out early so go early! The house hot tub was a bonus at the end of the day. Kitchen was well equipped. Safe quiet area. I would re rent in a heartbeat. Loved it.

Oh, my goodness… What a week! We were greeted by two gray whales and several seals the afternoon we checked in. We loved having the ever-changing ocean and river right outside our windows. The hot tub was divine, the kitchen well equipped for cooking, and lots of gluten-free eating options a few blocks away in Yachats. Bring your binoculars and your hiking shoes. 5 days wasn’t nearly enough to explore this beautiful area!
