🧍 Maximum of 6 persons.

🍽️ No food or drink in the hot tub.

🚫 No jumping or diving.

🥂 No glassware around the hot tub.

🚼 No infants (under 1 year), pregnant women, or people under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or medications allowed in the hot tub.

👶 Children (2-16 years) must be accompanied by an adult in the hot tub.

🌡️ Do not enter the hot tub if the temperature is above 104°F.

🛁 Use only the pool towels, not the white bath towels, for hot tub use.

🧴 No body lotions or tanning creams allowed. Shower before entering the hot tub.

💨 Turn off the high jets after each use.

🛠️ Replace the hot tub cover after every use.

🚫 Do not sit or lie down on the cover.

🧼 Leave the hot tub in the same condition as it was found.

❤️‍🩹 Anyone with heart issues, seizures, high or low blood pressure, or any other serious medical condition should consult a doctor before using the hot tub.

Alpine Summit exceeded our expectations. The house was very clean and so beautifully decorated. We had everything we needed. The views were amazing and the location was perfect. The front deck was perfect for my granddog Winnie to enjoy the views with us with no worries. Completing the booking was also as smooth as possible.

Perfect Gatlinburg house

We stayed in Alpine Summit the beginning of June 2026. We had 2 adults, 2 kids, and our dog. Plenty of space for everyone!! Very clean (and my wife is picky!), beautiful view, great amenities! We loved that we could walk to the pool too! So many houses there are on the edge of a cliff, we loved that this house had a great view but wasn’t on a cliff and didn’t have a crazy driveway. We had a wonderful vacation and this house definitely made it even better!

We had a wonderful stay! The house was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The kitchen was a dream to cook in, with everything we needed. Our favorite part was the amazing view of the mountains! It was super close to activities and hiking, but we were equally happy to play games and work on a puzzle in front of the huge windows with tons of natural light. The only downside was that the hot tub is out in the open- would have loved to go in if it were a bit more private. We would definitely recommend this house or stay here again!

Normally when booking a rental in the Smokey mountains people zoom in on the view to make it look better than it is. This time the view was not only accurate but much better in person! Not to mention the rental itself looks exactly like the pictures! I absolutely love this location and I’m so thankful that such a nice place allowed me to bring my doggo who absolutely loved every minute! The porches are gated in so your dog can safely enjoy the view with you!

We love this cabin and the views of the mountains can’t be beat. The floor plan is great for multiple families and the driveway is big, flat and allows for multiple vehicles which is rare in the mountains. We have been visiting Gatlinberg for more than 5 years and have stayed at this cabin for the last few years because it checks all the boxes.

Beautiful Mountain Escape

Everything was perfect. Beautiful home and location. We will definitely like to stay here again next time we are in Gatlinburg.

Beautiful property, great location near the downtown area and park entrance. Great kitchen to cook and grill on which helps save and eat healthy on a trip away from home. The pool is down the block and offers pickleball, tennis and basketball. Great stay, great memories.

Lovely Getaway!

We absolutely loved our stay! It was very easy to check-in and out of. Gorgeous views. Spacious chalet. 10/10. Highly recommend.

Wonderful Gatlinburg Retreat!

The home was beautiful with excellent views of the surrounding mountains and just a short windy drive down the mountain to the Gatlinburg main strip and close proximity to Pigeon Forge and multiple hiking trails in nearby Great Smoky Mountain National Park. A very comfortable and relaxing home with beautiful porches to sit and enjoy the beautiful scenery.
