Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great property and location. Would recommend some better beach chairs and umbrellas. Also no motorcycles allowed just for insight. The property was exactly as described, and very clean. The view is stunning, from both the balcony and from the main bedroom. The kitchen is very well stocked with anything needed to cook and dining. It is especially nice to have a washer and dryer in the unit. Beach chairs and umbrella were also available. As previous reviewers have noted, the kitchen and bathrooms are quite outdated, but everything was in good working order. The property itself is very nice, gated, and has a lovely pool. Definitely will consider booking again.

Paradise

We thoroughly enjoyed the condo and especially the balcony views. The location is convenient to beach chair rentals, activities, and food and beverages. We can't wait to return!

Loved our stay!

We absolutely loved our stay! We had a couple super minor glitches but quickly resolved. The view was to die for and everything in the unit was as described. We hope to be back!

Mother's Day BFF Getaway

Wonderful condo with a beautiful 19th floor view! I would've had a few more kitchen accessories and the twin mattresses are a little bit uncomfortable but we enjoyed our stay!

Family vacation

Reviewer Comments: Everything was great about the condo and location the only down fall was we had to buy toilet paper they only had one roll in each bathroom and we had to buy paper towels and dishwashing liquid because there was non and there were no garbage bags either.

Perfect beach vacation

Very Happy with our stay

Amazing!

Property was great amazing view of the beach, excellent parking and property area. We really enjoyed the pool and the beach. Appreciate the chairs and beach umbrella that were available in the unit. Use the charcoal grills by the pool a few times. There were no complaints but if I could add any feedback I would like there to be some type of gym available but again everything was amazing we can’t wait to be back

Beachside II Condo doesn't have an official fitness center however they do have a few pieces of equipment that can be used in the lounge area. Maybe next time we can assist in finding you a property that has a full size gym. We truly hope to have you stay with us again on the beautiful Gulf Coast!

Beautiful view

Condo was beautiful, very well equipped. Bed’s were all comfy. Right next to the elevator. Did not have to wait on elevator at all. Loved having the tram to be able to go to Baytowne Wharf!!!! Loved this trip over all!!! Keypad on the door got stuck a couple of times, had to use a car key to get the keypad unstuck.. but not a major issue!!!!

May 2022 Stay

We had a wonderful birthday celebration for my husband! The view was AMAZING and hands down the best location for the beach and pool. I would agree with the other reviews in that it needs updating, but was clean and had all of amenities. It was easy to book and the Hospitality app was great to use and had all the information we needed. I also highly recommend Destin Grocery Girls (groceries in your room/fridge when you arrive!) I also recommend 850Taxi for any transportation needs:)! Thank you FL for an amazing time and getting us out of WI for a week!

Great location, unfortunately a very very dirty unit

The property is a great location, however the unit it self was very very dirty. There was mold on all the vents. There were used water bottles and food under the beds. There was no soap in the bathrooms as well as moldy shower curtains. There was layers of dust on all the trim. The clean towels even had hair on them. I wasn't all that bothered by how dated the place was until we visited our other family members in another unit that was updated. Also, it smelled.

Good value, good condo

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall we love staying in SanDestin and especially in Beachside II. The condo was clean and good overall, although it was a little dated and had a few flaws like leaking master sink faucet, some musty carpets, outdated brass hardware, small hole in master bath ceiling that needed repair. Nothing major and nothing that kept us unhappy in any way. The pillows need replacing (not comfortable at all-no down etc) but we enjoyed having 2 bedrooms and especially more room. We would definitely be willing to stay here again and were impressed with the security, overall noise level and convenience to Baytowne Wharf and the ocean.

Thanksgiving in Destin

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been renting at the towers for several years, always a good experience and always a had a nice rental. Not this time. We had to clean before we slept here. Our bare feet were black after walking around in the unit. There were cobwebs in the corners. Washer and dryer closet doors would not shut, so it was very noisy. This unit needs help!! Also we got locked out of our unit 2 hours before check out time.

Elevator nightmare

When we arrived on Sunday the Elevators were not working, I mean both elevators and we were on the 19th floor. Had to unload and carry everything 19 floors. They did get one elevator working that went to the 14th floor but after we unpacked we were afraid to try and go down and look around and were worn out. The elevator that goes to the 20th floor was fixed on Monday and what a difference that made. Stay was nice, I just felt like we should have been compensated a free meal, something for the issue when we arrived. Anyway to much to say if I really wanted to explain our ordeal

Beautiful Beach, dated property

Reviewer Comments: Second time in this unit, we came last year and decided to just book the same unit this year because we were late in making a decision. Property is undergoing renovations, which is great, but no notice or directions on which elevators to use to get to your condo, arrived in the dark parked on the upper level and could not access those elevators so walked around trying to figure it out. Condo furnishings are very worn, bed frame falling apart in master, furniture paint worn off, rug fraying apart, just really needs a facelift and some money put back in for what the rental charge is, I would call it a bad value. Gibson is very responsive to needs which is great

The host was great! If it gave me the option to give more than 5 stars I would've. The room was awesome and the view was absolutely spectacular!! We had no issues or concerns with the cleanliness of the room or anything not working properly. We truly enjoyed our stay and look forward to the next time we can visit. We are hoping to bring a few others with us next time as well to share in the fun times and great memories.

Plan on purchasing soaps and toilet paper as there is not much and not enough to make the week work. Otherwise, excellent property, it is our second time staying and so great. The check out was even simpler and we really enjoyed every aspect. Thank you!!!
