This condo was amazing! It was super clean, had awesome views of the ocean and pool, and check-in/check-out was a breeze. The beach can get a bit crowded since it's close to the main access point of the Sandestin resort, but it's perfect for small families

Balcony needs cleaning, it has black mold. Sofa is not comfortable and feels broken in spots. Clothes dryer is very noisy and the drum seems to be off alignment. The view was very nice and overall condo was clean. Disappointed that I smelled marajuana while sitting on balcony.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Wow! This condo at Beachside II was a 10/10 and exceeded our expectations. It was the perfect place for our family of five (including our 3-year-old and 1-year-old twins) to spend the week.The unit was modern, spotless, and beautifully maintained. We loved how safe and secure the entire resort felt, and both check-in and check-out were incredibly easy. The shuttle to The Wharf was so convenient—even with three toddlers in tow!The spacious balcony offered spectacular views, and the beach was absolutely pristine. It was such a thoughtful touch that the unit included beach chairs and sand toys, which made our beach days even more enjoyable.We couldn’t have asked for a better vacation rental and will definitely be back. We look forward to booking with Gibson Beach Rentals again!

It was in a awesome location and the ocean views were absolutely beautiful

It was very easy access to the unit and direct access to the beach. The property management was always available.

Fun time in Florida

Beautiful sand beach for sunning and if the wind was too strong the veranda accommodated the same great view and sun. Friendly staff and security personnel, great shopping and many restaurants within a few miles. All in all a wonderful time.

April 2019 Stay

We had a wonderful stay. The condo was very clean but could use a bit updating! The beach was fabulous!! Gibson Realty were great to work with, very nice people!! Can’t wait to come back!!!!

July 2016 Stay

We had an amazing stay at our condo in Beachside II! The view is amazing and it's so convenient to go to the beach or pool for the day! The room had minor issues, such as lamps not working and toilet kept running but nothing that hindered us enjoying our stay! I would definitely recommend staying here!

Awesome stay!

The condo was just as nice as the pictures. If I to critique anything it would be the mattress in the master bedroom was extremely hard. Other than that we enjoyed our stay and would refer our family and friends to the condo. See you next year,

August 2022 Stay

This condo was very clean and was fully equipped with everything we needed from beach chairs to kitchen necessities. I am very pleased with our stay. My husband, myself, and our 2 children (11 & 3) will definitely be back. The view was perfect. The master bed was a little uncomfortable but other than that I can’t see that stopping us from booking another stay. Thank you Gibson Beach Rentals for the wonderful experience for our family’s first vacation. -The Thompsons
