We do clearly note in the property listing that the short access road to the home is unpaved and steep in some areas, but is accessible by all vehicles during the spring, summer, and fall seasons. From November 1 through March 31, 4WD vehicles or front-wheel-drive vehicles equipped with chains are required. We understand that road conditions can be an important consideration when choosing a property, which is why we encourage guests to review all of the information in the listing carefully to ensure the home and its access are a good fit for their needs.
