We really enjoyed our stay at Gulf View in Panama City Beach! The condo was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The location was great and convenient to the beach, restaurants, shopping, and other attractions.Our experience with AvantStay was also very positive. Communication was clear, check-in was easy, and we had all the information we needed throughout our stay. The condo provided plenty of space for us to relax and enjoy our time together.

The condo itself is pretty nice. The elevators were very quick with typically very little wait which is always a plus. Close proximity to the beach and close to some very good restaurants. Beautiful view. The master bedroom mattress is very uncomfortable, with both sides of the bead feeling as if they were tilting towards the ground. We typically book directly through a host and not a management company. The management company was not very efficient communicating after the inclement weather that affected the area. It felt as if we were talking with a bot. We were told multiple times we could not check in on our check in date, even though the condo was running as usual. We arrived to the condo on our check in date and the security guard said everything was business as usual and we were able to check in. The uncertainty and inaccurate information from the management company caused unnecessary stress to our vacation. I would recommend the condo, aside from the master bedroom mattress, but I was not pleased with the Avant management company.

Property location and size met our needs perfectly.

The location and size of the property was just what we needed for this trip. Overall the property was in good condition and was well stocked and clean. There was a hole cut in the wall between the bedroom and bathroom in one of the rooms...not sure what that was about; the entry door was difficult to lock and the rug in the living area definitely needed to be cleaned or replaced.
