Sei direttamente sul golfo. L'ampio balcone è perfetto per ascoltare le onde che si infrangono sulla riva, godersi la tazza di caffè mattutino, rilassarsi con un buon libro e guardare splendidi tramonti sull'acqua verde smeraldo.

Soggiorna nel lusso nel nostro condominio al 6 ° piano completamente arredato e recentemente aggiornato. Guarda le foto per vedere di persona. Sia il soggiorno che la camera da letto principale si affacciano sul Golfo. Accedi al balcone da entrambe le stanze. . TV HD, cavo e WIFI gratuito sono inclusi.

Ti offriamo anche un servizio spiaggia GRATUITO. Il servizio spiaggia è stagionale dal 1 marzo al 31 ottobre. Questo servizio comprende due sedie a sdraio con ombrellone.

Il nostro condominio si trova al Celadon Beach Resort sulle tranquille spiagge per famiglie di Panama City Beach. Soggiornando nella parte ovest, sarai a pochi minuti da tutto e dai mondi lontano dal traffico e dal rumore. Questa posizione è la migliore di entrambi i mondi.

Il Celadon Beach Resort è un resort di prima classe con tutti i comfort che desideri per una fantastica vacanza. Ci sono due piscine, una lato spiaggia e una piscina interna / esterna, due vasche idromassaggio, campo da tennis, centro fitness, club house con cucina completa (disponibile per l'affitto per eventi speciali o riunioni), 2 aree picnic e grigliate e parcheggio coperto in garage .

Sulla spiaggia troverete moto d'acqua nuovi, para vela, kayak e altri giochi d'acqua a noleggio. Prenota una battuta di pesca d'altura o un tour dei delfini dalla capanna sulla spiaggia. Siamo vicino a campi da golf, pesca e molte attività divertenti. È possibile noleggiare biciclette o una barca nelle vicinanze. Con tutte queste opzioni disponibili avrai una vacanza davvero indimenticabile!

A great experience for our time in Panama City! The Condo was perfect and the reservations, check-in, stay, and checkout was amazing. Will definitely consider staying in the same Condo again next year.

Beautiful Condo and laid back community. Owner was very helpful. Location was perfect for our family. Walking distance to breakfast at Thomas doughnuts. Far enough away from busy and larger crowds.

This condo was everything that we had hoped for and more. It was much more space than the two of us needed, but the price was very reasonable. The view of the Gulf from the apartment is stunning!

Perfect for families and friends!

This condo was perfect for our 7 people! The layout worked well and the ocean view is breathtaking!! The owner was easy to reach when I had a quick question! They really thought of everything, including a stocked kitchen for cooking! It is beautifully decorated and was very comfortable. The condo itself is all inclusive and has a very convenient beach access! The parking garage is across the street and has a glass walk over with easy elevator access! There are also two beautiful pools and hot tubs to enjoy! I would highly recommend this condo/unit to a family as it is the perfect spot!

Not enough towels for big family, no keurig, bed pillows were flat, no dishwasher cleaner, dryer wouldn’t cut off. Overall was very clean just no extra anything.

Great week at the beach

This is a beautiful condo - perfect beach access with a large balcony that opens to master bedroom and living area. We especially enjoyed the Adirondack chairs for reading. There were only 2 of us but the condo will accommodate 6 with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. The condo manager, Alesia, is a jewel and any problems you may have will be addressed quickly and efficiently. All in all we had a wonderful stay with gorgeous weather, sunny days and gorgeous sunsets.

Loved this property, couldn't ask for more! Beautiful views, away from the business yet close to enough to make this an enjoyable spot. Only thing that I did not care for was the parking. Although there is parking, carrying in large amounts of items required walking to the crossover, obtaining a cart, taking it back to the parking garage, taking it to the room and then having to take it back to the 2nd floor cart area.

Great vacation!!

Wonderful property! Clean and exactly as described! I contacted someone about a question I had and had a response within minutes! We saw dolphins swimming by every morning, sea turtles another day and even a manatee swimming by. We loved how close Thomas Donuts is to the Celadon as its a favorite of ours. Loved the 6th floor location. Had no issues with the elevators. Thank you for a grest stay! Hope to be back!

Wonderful Vacation Getaway for The Family!

Wow! Beautiful, clean, spacious Condo and great view of the ocean!!, Amazing location!! My husband and I along with our 12 year old son, and daughters 15 & 17 really enjoyed our stay! The beach service that came with the Condo this time was unbelievable, so much so that we didn’t need all the wonderful beach accessories that were provided inside the Condo for beach use. I have only wonderful things to say about renting this Condo! I gave it 4 Stars ONLY because all kids said they wished the rooms weren’t so bright so they could sleep in- maybe a pull down darkening shade for bedtime???? Also, tubs do not drain well while showering. Other than that, we would LOVE TO RENT 602 AGAIN on our next visit to PCB. Thank you!!!

Thank you Alison. I am so glad you and your family had a great vacation! We agree, that the west end of the beach is the most desirable area for vacationing. The beach service provides two loungers with umbrella. It is just another way to let our guest know that we appreciate them. I was surprised to hear about the light coming in the windows. There are wooden blinds and heavy drapery as window treatments in this condo. As for the drain, we are checking on that immediately. In the future, please call the contact number provided on your arrival information so I can address any issue you might be experiencing. We are Brad, Diane and Leah Rindal. We live in Minnesota and spend much of the summer on a lake up north. Purchasing this beachfront condo was a perfect fit for our family. Brad is a dentist, Diane is a district attorney and Leah is a 6th grader. We plan to spend several weeks a year at this property when the weather is cold in Minnesota. When the Minnesota lakes call our name, renting the property to other families just makes sense.

We are committed to maintaining and updating our property. In late 2015 we installed a new HVAC system and freshened the look in the master bedroom, living room and bathrooms.

We strive to make your experience great by being responsive throughout the entire rental experience. We simply ask that you respect our property and let us know how we can improve. The first step in that process starts with a phone conversation so you can get to know our property manager. (Alesia Daugherty) She will provide you with information that will benefit all guest that come for a vacation. .

When planning our annual spring break, we chose Panama City Beach. We selected Celadon Beach Resort because it only rented to families and older adults. We were looking for a location that was quiet and away from the busy nightlife. After exploring the area and seeing properties in the area, we decided this was an ideal fit. The location is quiet but close to everything you need, the gulf views are spectacular, the building is very well cared for and the amenities are just right. By the time spring break was up we had signed a purchase agreement. We hope our story will give you a flavor for us and our condo.

Your rental provides covered parking across the street, two heated pools (one heated seasonally), two hot tubs, a fitness room and tennis courts. Beach towels, four beach chairs, a portable shelter and beach toys are included with your unit. We also stocked our condo with movies and books for you to enjoy. You have a fully functional kitchen and a washer/dryer. You will have everything your family needs to kick back and relax by the beach. If something isn't right, we want to hear from you. You will be able to contact Alesia by phone or email. We want you to have a great vacation! We simply ask that you take good care of our property.
