Great Stay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We booked this place for our 10 year anniversary! It was a very clean well managed property! We would definitely stay here again. The ceiling fans in every room helped to keep air moving on those hot summer days! The walk to the beach was super short and very easy for anyone to do! It’s a great place to stay if you are in IOP. Check in and check out procedures are also very simple!

Shipyard Trip

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were on vacation for a baseball tournament at Shipyard Park. The rental was a little dated and could use some refreshing of the linens and furniture, but it worked for what we needed it to.

The place could really use a good deep clean, but it was a perfect location and the check-in process was a breeze. You have to check out by 10am and take out your own trash which was annoying for what we were paying, but oh well. Check in was 4pm which was a little late for my family too, but we managed. Good stay overall, but if it was cleaner and they changed their hours a bit, it would feel way more worth it. I would go back again though.

Excellent stay just a 2 minute walk to the beach

We enjoyed being so close to the beach, the heart of IOP and having a pool. Simple and nice place for a beach weekend for our group of 3.

Amazing Trip

We were in town to celebrate/fundraiser for Hop on a Cure for a John Driskell Hopkins. With shows at the Windjammer and Papi’s, this was a perfect location. Easy walk to venues and the beach. Quiet location, very easy in/out. Office was great about checking in. Will definitely stay here again for our next trip!

Nice location, checkin was easy. The second bedroom needs updated mattress and tv replaced. Otherwise the condo is well stocked and comfortable for a family of 5.

Good stay

Nice location, decent place. The only complaint I would say it they had very little cookware. No actual chef knives, cutting boards, or decent cooking utensils to make meals yourself there. Otherwise, great place to stay with a great location.

Quick stay at the beach

This was a great property for us. Just enough space, only a couple of stairs and parking was right at our door. TVs in both bedrooms was a plus. Perfect location just across from the beach and pier and easy walk to dinner and bars. Beach access code got changed unexpectedly but office handled very quickly. Didn’t use the pool but looked fine. Loved the balcony too. Would stay again.

Great But Pool Was Inaccessible

The location and condo were excellent. The only issue is we booked this place specifically because it had a pool and the pool was off limits for the entire week, which we did not learn until the day we checked in. They gave us a 15% refund and we were allowed to use a pool at a neighboring property, but we would have booked a different place if we had known this when we were booking. Otherwise, great stay. Assuming the pool is accessible in future we would stay here again.

This unit is easy to access, on the first floor, close to the beach and all amenities. The price is reasonable for a place so close to the beach. Twenty minutes and you can be in downtown Charleston !

Close to beach, condo had zero amenities like basic spices, tin foil, moisturizer. TV had a black mark in screen. Beds way too soft. Overall a bit dated.
