This was a little bit older unit, but it was convenient for us. It’s close to the beach. The host was very nice. The only reason it wasn’t a five star it’s just because it’s got some age on it. Other than that, it was great overall experience.

My stay here was very nice, the condo is just a short walk from the beach and has all the amenities you would need for a great time.

Great place to stay while visiting SPI. I'm so happy I picked this place while visiting the island to celebrate my birthday! The condo was super clean, stocked up with all necessities, as well as beach towels and beach toys. My teens and I enjoyed the stay very much and hopefully we will be back. The owners are extremely nice and accommodating. We ran into s difficult situation and needed a couple of extra hours before checking out. I contacted Alex and he was very understanding and let us stay a few hours longer so we could resolve the issue. I am very grateful for that! Highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to spend some pleasant days in SPI.

Very nice location, nice large living room and kitchen area we did not eat at the room but more than ample area to enjoy, check in was a breeze, slight issue with Wi Fi but Alex was on it quick we will definitely be staying here again

The view of the ocean, from the balcony was Amazing ! And at night the lights were so pretty. Great atmosphere. There was always a sea breeze. The condo was immaculate. Everything is beach themed and colorful. Absolutely loved the bunk beds ! Beautiful weekend getaway. The host was friendly, welcoming, and communicated in a timely manner.

My partner and I had a great stay here! We came to South Padre for our babymoon, and couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Everything was clean, orderly, and having beach towels and the JBL was a great addition. I don’t have anything negative to say, Alex was very communicative, location was great, everything as described. We came during spring break, and aside from the music behind us that went until 10pm every night (it was pretty loud, we could not go to bed until it was over - no fault of the owner, simply just the location), there was no noise. Truly a gem. We will be coming back to stay here in the future, it was just so clean, nice, and convenient!! Thank you so much, Alex! We loved our stay!

For a last minute reservation, we ended up having an extraordinary place to stay and right there down from the beach. Everything inside was fantastic. My only two suggestions would be to fix the fan and the light in the kitchen and the living room. So that way you can have the fan on without any lights on in case someone decides to sleep on the sofa. The other is better water pressure in the shower. Otherwise everything was fabulous. Thank you Alex! You're a great host!!!
