Walking distance to beach and intercoastal with close playground for the kids. Direct Beach access via 4WD vehicle available. House was clean and lots of small touches that made the stay easy, like high chair, step stool, kid plates and cups. Well appointed kitchen accessories and large table for big families. We enjoyed the outdoor space, which was fenced in for the dog and kids. Extras were available like beach toys, chairs, floats, etc. Indoor space was also fantastic with ping pong table, games and comfy couches and bedrooms. Location was convenient with grocery stores and excellent restaurants, attractions within 5-10 minutes.Easy and quick communication with the host. They were very understanding and receptive when we had an accident during the stay. Wonderful and would stay again!

We had a wonderful time here. The home was very comfortable and clean and close to the beach and nearby stores and restaurants. What really stood out was the beach necessities that were available at the home and other personal items such as personal hygiene items. Even though we bought our own, it was nice to know that it was there for emergency incase you left home without it. Everything was nice and especially with our fur babies getting to stay as well. The only down fall is if it rains the fenced in back yard is like a mushy swamp so be prepared to wipe off paws and feet before entering back into home. Other note, there is a ring camera door bell and camera flood lights which I’m not too thrilled about. I’m all for home security but when I’m on vacation I do not like to feel like I’m being watched every time I’m outside. Other than that everything was nice. Johanna was very nice and was great at communicating and easy to get to if needed. I would recommend her and her home anytime. We enjoyed our stay and first time to st. Augustine!

It was a pleasure hosting you, and I’m especially happy your fur babies got to enjoy the trip too! I also appreciate your feedback. We’ve had an unusually rainy stretch recently, which definitely made the backyard much softer than normal. I was at the property the same day you checked out, and the yard had already dried out and was back to normal. Fortunately, it tends to recover very quickly once the rain stops. I also appreciate your comments about the cameras. I completely understand your perspective, and I don’t particularly like the idea of cameras either. We do have two exterior security cameras and a Blink doorbell camera, all located in the front yard and pointed away from the house and outdoor living areas. They are only enabled overnight or when the home is unoccupied and are there simply to help protect the property. Thank you again for choosing our home for your first St. Augustine vacation. We’d love to host you again anytime!

OBSESSED

We had the honor of being Johanna and Ash’s first guests, and they did not disappoint. Not only was the house ADORABLE, but it had everything we needed. I wish we could have stayed for a month. Definitely bring your family and friends to this place for a beach getaway. I particularly loved the separate game room. In our own house, the kids don’t have a separate area to play in. It was really nice having the main living room area to ourselves. The kids enjoyed it too as well as the bunk beds and tv. Johanna and Ash were very nice and responded quickly to any questions we had. If I could give 10 stars, I would.

Perfect beach house!

When I book the stay, it didn’t have any reviews since it was a new listing but the pictures and location was perfect for our family so I book it, we were traveling with two toddler and a small dog. The host, Johanna and Ash, were great! I had a few questions and they reply right away. They made our stay super comfortable, offer us high chairs, strollers and cribs which was so convenient! Even left us a big dog bed and bowl for our pup. The house was well equipped with everything, the kitchen, bathrooms, backyard, game room and a kid’s room with toys, everything we needed, left us a box with essential in case we needed something which is so thoughtful. It is 20 minutes from the beautiful downtown and just a couple of blocks away from the beach. Neighborhood is calm and quiet, at night the stars are shinning bright. I couldn’t ask for a better home for our stay! It is absolutely beautiful, spacious and clean. Best rental house I have stayed in. Hoping to come back later in the future for a longer days. We love it so much! Thank you for hosting us.
