Welcome to Manitou River House 113, your chic mountain getaway in Telluride! This beautiful 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo offers A+ access to both the slopes and stunning summer trails. Right on the San Miguel River, enjoy the sounds of nature from your doorstep. The Telluride trailhead is just a stone’s throw away, perfect for hiking enthusiasts, and you’ll also enjoy a beautiful shared hot tub.

Enter the home into a small entryway. Upstairs, you find the kitchen and living room with an open layout creating a lively space for your group to connect. Relax by the fireplace or catch a movie on the TV in the living room. The dining area seats four, with extra barstool seating at the fully equipped kitchen. You’ll love cooking with the ample prep space and stainless steel appliances. This floor is complete with the primary bedroom and bathroom.

The first bedroom and bathroom are on the second floor, featuring a cozy queen bed. The second bedroom and bathroom, located in the entryway (1st floor) offers two twin beds. Head up to the third-floor loft where an additional queen bed provides extra space - ideal for kids or flexible sleeping arrangements. With convenient laundry and parking, Manitou River House 113 has everything you need for a seamless stay.

If you're visiting during the winter, prepare to spend the majority of your time on-mountain, where a lift pass gives you access to more than 2,000 acres of skiable terrain. The summer attracts climbers and mountain bikers, plus fans of the iconic cultural events hosted in town: the Telluride Film Festival and the Telluride Bluegrass Festival.

Home Truths:
- There is no air conditioning.
- This home has steep stairs connecting each level and may not be suitable for those with mobility issues or accessibility needs.
- Pack and play is available. Please request in advance.
- Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet. Please note there is no exception for service animals due to severe allergies in the home.
- Please note:
1. There are many stairs from the parking area to the condo
2. Close handicapped parking is not guaranteed
3. Inside staircases can be steep. (may not be suitable for small children)
4. The kitchen is located on the second floor of the condo.

Parking Details:
- Street parking accommodates 1 vehicle.
- Parking is located in the diagonal spaces by the footbridge or around the surrounding streets.
- Please provide your license plate information to our Customer Experience team to register your vehicle to the virtual pass to avoid ticketing/towing. Please read and follow all posted parking signs. AvantStay is not responsible for ticketing/towing.
- Please note, there are many stairs from the parking area to the condo. Close handicapped parking is not guaranteed.

Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 28 days require a security deposit.

Spring skiing stay

We stayed a week for the kids’ spring break and had a super time! Location couldn’t be better for quick access to gondola and restaurants. Bedrooms are nicely spaced out for privacy and a ‘tree house’ feel the kids loved. Lots of windows and a great view from main room.

Location close to everything

Took the family skiing, this place was perfect location to the gondola and ski lifts, and easy walking distance to everything in town… Would definitely stay here again. Management team was very responsive and helpful highly recommend them.

Telluride convenience!

We really enjoyed this property and felt it was well equipped with a great location. It was a short walk to all the necessities. I also enjoyed the wooded views from the living room. The property management is very responsive and quickly delivered oven mitts and kitchen towels when I could find none. I gave 4/5 stars due to the long walk and stairs required to reach the unit. It was only a bother during check in/check out with our luggage and groceries. It is mentioned in the listing about stairs and not being appropriate for mobility issues. I would emphasize this as well.
