The Owl House is an absolute gem. Unbeatable beachfront location in close proximity to all that Sandwich has to offer. The house was spotless, updated, comfortable. Every detail thought of. Hope to be back!

We loved our stay here! Amazing location right on the beach and the house had everything we needed. It was surprisingly spacious with plenty of room for our family of 4.

We had a wonderful stay! The home was beautiful, comfortable, and the location right on the ocean was absolutely amazing. We really enjoyed spending time outside, relaxing, and taking in the views.The only thing that made us a little uncomfortable was the Ring camera on the back porch, since that was the main outdoor area where we spent a lot of our time gathering. While we have no reason to believe it was being actively monitored, its presence did make the space feel a little less private.Other than that, we truly enjoyed our stay. It’s a beautiful property in an amazing location, and we’re so glad we had the opportunity to stay there!

The Owl Cottage is quaint and beautifully done. It’s Set upon a dune steps away from a magnificent view of the ocean. The cottage was clean, organized and well stocked although my stay was only 2 nights. Communication was frequent and clear, courteous and quick to respond. (I could not slide the screen to the last rating of EXCELLENT .. I dont know why, but please know this cottage is a gem.) So much so, my sister wishes she had the plans for the interior design !!! It’s cute, a great little respite with an old friend. Perfect place. Just perfect in every aspect. !!!!! Spent many years in Pocasset and West Falmouth, Chatham and elsewhere .. so it was good to explore a new area. Sandwich is beautiful, historic and this little cottage is fits its personality ..very old cape -like. Hope to visit annually !!!As I was leaving, the sun came out and a butterfly flew across the small porch!!!Great Great spot. !!!

Terrific time at this gem of a spot! Everything was so comfortable and considerate (kitchen supplies - including coffee). Lots of extras (fire pit on the deck / charging ports everywhere, etc)Off season getaway meant tons of parking and extra privacy! Convenient to stores/P.O. etc too! We plan to return !

We had a great stay with everything that we needed for an off season seaside vacation. Kerry was super attentive. We loved every minute of our stay and being steps from beach was amazing. What a lovely oasis. We will definitely be back.

The cottage was everything we thought it would be and more. Waking up, rolling out of bed and going to watch the sunrise was so beautiful. The cottage was so homey and comfy. The added touches of board games, coffee and chips was much appreciated. The description was 100% accurate. Kerry checked in on us to make sure everything was good. Sitting out on back patio, was so peaceful. The private beach was as also perfect and quiet. A Highlight was being able to do a campfire on beach. Thanks Kerry for everything. We would book again if in area and also recommend to friends and family traveling in area.

Perfect Getaway

My wife and I loved the house, right on the beach with spectacular views. We had a quiet, peaceful few days away and would love to stay here again.

Anniversary getaway

Wonderful experience. Very nice, clean cottage with a great beach. Awesome home base from which to explore Cape Cod. We plan on staying again.
