The large 5.7 acre Solana Spanish Villas estate, is perfect for accommodating large families, friends, biking or golf groups, wellness or corporate retreats. Come enjoy the Spanish charm at our historic style villas, relax in the heated pool, play a game of pickleball on our private court, or unwind in the serene surroundings.

The Space:
Solana Spanish Villas in Tucson AZ is the perfect location for larger groups. Our serene property, set amongst a mature Mesquite tree bosque and historic 150 year Eucalyptus trees, offers a tranquil retreat filled with unique vegetation and nicely shaded spaces around the property. With this rental you get access to our expansive 5.7-acre property, 5 villas, and 2 casitas. You also have full access to our exclusive amenities, perfect for large group gatherings!

ACCOMMODATIONS:
- Our charming Tanque Verde vacation retreat is ideal for large groups and can comfortably accommodate up to 35 guests (40 with sleeper sofas and trundles).
- Smaller events are allowed to be booked through Airbnb, please coordinate with host. (See additional information below)

All villas include:
- Generous living spaces, dining areas, and fully equipped kitchens for preparing meals.
- Complimentary coffee, sugar and tea provided for easy mornings!
- Fully enclosed individual backyards/patios, Dog-friendly. With BBQ grills, propane provided.

- Sleeping Arrangements: Multiple villas and casitas featuring a total of 16 bedrooms, 9 bathrooms. Complete with comfortable bedding, towels and complimentary shampoo, conditioner, body wash, Q-tips and cotton balls.

- Prior Approval Required: Please message us on Airbnb before booking if you plan to host any event or gathering so we can confirm availability and provide a custom quote.
- Site Fees & Inclusions: Event site fees vary by event type and size and include tables, chairs, linens, place settings, setup, and takedown for your convenience.
- Food & Beverage: All catering and bar service are provided in-house with curated menus and packages. (Outside catering is not permitted.)
- Amenities: Multiple restrooms are available for event guests.
- Quiet Hours: All events must conclude by 10:00 PM in accordance with local noise ordinances.
- Airbnb Policy Compliance: Events are permitted only with prior approval and must follow Airbnb’s event guidelines.

NOTE: Solana Spanish Villas is a guest ranch, and all Villas and Casitas share the communal amenities and outdoor spaces including the pool. Each Villa and Casita is fully private for individual guest use. The host/homeowner lives on-site in a separate residence, ensuring privacy while being available if needed.
