This beach front condo is absolutely beautiful with wonderful views! When we go back to PCB we will be going back to this exact condo. The host responds within a timely manner and she’s very nice and easy to work with!

Fun in the sun

We had a beautiful and restful stay. Beach was beautiful. Weather was nice. Our room were on the12th floor and the Sunsets were Spectacular!!! Long Beach Resort was a nice place to stay. Hope to be back soon!

Ideal location for relaxing.

Ideal location for all kinds of activities. Most of which were within easy walking distances. Close to a wide variety of restaurants and fast food businesses. The beach was wonderful, clean and private.

The condo was clean, spacious and nicely decorated. Enjoyed the large balcony with an amazing ocean view. Lots of amenities and friendly staff. It was perfect! Thank you!

GREAT CONDO!!!

Very clean and comfortable! Long Beach Resort is a great location, centrally located, property has big balconies with great ocean views! Condo is well-stocked with kitchen items. Property owner/Manager is great to work with!

Great condo

This is the first time we’ve stayed at Long Beach resort and we will definitely be back! Our condo was spacious and well equipped. The beds were comfortable and having the washer and dryer was a huge plus! Maureen was very informative and answers questions quickly. The resort has nice pools and a good pool bar. Great for adults and kids.

Home Away From Home

This condo feels like home away from home (but with a much better view)! It has all the comfort and amenities of home including fully stocked kitchen and washer / dryer. We love waking up here and looking out the large windows and looking out at the sunshine and the gorgeous beach!!! We saw dolphins out of the bedroom window one morning! Definitely recommend!

summer vacation

beautiful condo, no wait for elevators, beach not crowded. condo is well stocked. we were there over july 4th and loved it. we will stay there again. the owner was very easy to communicate with. we needed batteries for tv remotes and a hair dryer and the property manager was there with what we needed in no time at all.

Tremendous VBRO choice

We had a great vacation in this beautiful condo in Long Beach resort. We had been to Long Beach before but never with another couple. This was the perfect setting for the 4 of us. Since each couple had their own bedroom & bath it allows plenty of privacy when desired. We spent most of our stay on the common balcony, at the pool or on the beach. The whole unit is nicely appointed and the pics are accurate. The balcony has a table with 4 chairs & 2 loungers. Feel comfortable reserving this wonderful unit- you won't be disappointed!

We have stayed at Long Beach Resort for several years. This unit has been well maintained & was very clean. The kitchen was stocked well & the initial setup of towels & bath cloths was great. I highly recommend this unit. The only complaint about the property itself was the pool. They seem to be slacking off on keeping the pool as clean as it used to be & needs to be..other than that no complaints.

Floor extremely dirty

The floors in the condo were very dirty your feet turned black when walking on them. The patio door also was hard to open.

Nice condo

Nice condo, looked to be a well stocked kitchen which we did not use because of a great selection of restaurants in the area. Great view from balcony; we loved the use of the beach chairs. Our only complaint were the mattresses which have body indents and were very uncomfortable. The king bed was the worst which we purchased a 3 inch memory foam at Walmart and put on the bed for the duration of our stay. I contacted the manager after the first night and informed her and she said she would let the owners know.

Jackie, Thank you for writing a review of the condo. I've been managing that condo for several years and I have never had a negative comment about the mattresses. I did contact the owners who have plans to arrive in mid-October concerning your comments about the mattresses. They have had guests from their hometown that stay in their condo several times a year and they did reach out to them to see if they had any complaints about the mattresses and they said they did not. Sometimes mattresses are a matter of personal preference for some people. But the owners are coming down shortly and they will look into that issue while they are here and address if necessary. 2nd time to stay!

Love this condo, furniture and beds are comfy, glad they kept one garden tub so I could soak in the evening. Walk in shower was perfect for my mother in her 70s. The decor is beautiful, you have everything you need! Only suggestion is I would bring a Roku to use for guest bedroom I couldn’t watch live television. There are no beach items like chairs, shovels, buckets, or boogie boards that sometimes you find in condos to borrow. But there were reserved chairs by beach for the unit. Unit is right by elevator and in 3rd bldg by lagoon pool. We will back hated to leave.

I love the beach at Long Beach resort. There isn’t any public access close by, so it’s not crowded. The microwave wasn’t working when we got there, but maintenance came and brought us a counter top microwave until a new one could be ordered. The weather wasn’t the best but we were able to enjoy the beach in the morning and the pool after lunch. The pool was rather crowded though as they have one end roped off due to demolition and remodel of an end condo unit that caught fire in June. The mattress in the master bedroom definitely needs replacing. There is a big hump in the middle and I felt like I was sleeping in a hole on my side. My husband felt the same way on his side of the bed. Overall it was a nice place.

Carolyn, Thank you for taking the time to write a review of the condo. Long Beach Resort has the most beach frontage of any resort on the beach. June and July is the peak rental season. August and September are less crowded if you plan on revisiting PCB. There are also three pools at the resort from which to choose. We have a 24/7 maintenance line and are local so we can address guest issues promptly if they occur. I have not heard complaints from other guests regarding the mattress in the master, but I will bring it to the owners attention. Perfect location in Tower 3

Tower 3 is the perfect location for a condo. It is right between the large Lagoon Pool and the smaller Polynesian pool. This unit is equidistant from both pools and close to the elevator. The condo is just exactly as it appears in the pictures and was extremely clean and well outfitted. I wish my kitchen was anywhere nearly as well organized. All appliances were available and worked well. The furniture including the beds were very comfortable. The patio furniture was also comfortable and relatively new. We had a lovely stay and would recommend this condo to others. Maureen Nieland and Barefoot Beach rentals never fail to please us. We stayed in one of her condos last summer and were pleased to be able to come again this year.

Poor attention to cleaning and kitchen items.

Nice overall. Appears as in pictures. Some things need improved/updated. Washcloths stained. Bath towels need update- worn out. Bathroom rugs appeared to have not been cleaned/washed between renters. Major dust and some trash under master bed upon arrival. Frying pan very worn and needs replaced. Kitchen towels smelled soured. Plastic cups chipped. For the heavty money for this rental everything should be up to par. Like the bedrooms both having ocean views. Property nice. Condo nice, just needs some attention to detail.

When you received your car passes and door code you were given an instructional letter to access the condo which included the following verbiage. "If you find any issues with the condo please call us at immediately. Although we inspect the condos after every guest, we cannot catch everything and unreported issues may be assumed to have occurred during your stay." Additionally my contact numbers, email address and the number for maintenance are posted in the condo. I can assure you that the bathroom rugs were washed prior to your stay. I live at the resort and personally make sure that all rugs and towels are washed prior to each guest stay. If you had any dissatisfaction with the condo whatsoever, all you had to do was call or email me and all your issues would have been immediately taken care of. I wish you would have taken the time to make me away of these things so I could have taken care of them during your stay. Guest satisfaction is very important to me. I cannot inspect every single kitchen item in between guests, particularly when one guest checks out the same day another guest checks in, so knowing that there is a frying pan that is not up to par or a plastic cup that is chipped at the time can ensure these items are immediately replaced. I understand that guests do spend their hard earned money to come to the beach, and I agree that they deserve the best possible accommodations. I am sincerely committed to providing the ultimate beach experience for all my guests. Unfortunately when you write a review on October 4th for a stay on September 16th, there is nothing I can do except respond to your comments. I am sorry that that is the case because I would have much rather fixed anything that was not to your satisfaction instead of having to respond to your review in an email.
