Lakebound and Down! Beautiful waterfront home on Smith Lake

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear the home did not meet your expectations. The property was fully renovated in 2024, including a finished basement with six built-in bunk beds and a full bathroom. While many updates were made, we intentionally preserved some of the rustic cabin character rather than making every element brand new. During your stay, the only concern brought to our attention was the hot water, which we addressed promptly. We would have welcomed the opportunity to resolve any additional issues had we been made aware of them. We strive to provide an accurate representation of the home and a positive experience for all guests, so general comments about the property “needing work” without specific details may not reflect the experience most guests have had.
