Great place for a family stay. A short walk to the beach, and quick drives to restaurants and shopping. The condo is very well equipped, and we had all of the beach needs covered…no trips to Alvin’s Island needed!

Great location

We enjoyed the rental place, it was clean, had a great view on the balcony and had a private beach.The location was awesome, it was close to many restaurants and other attractions. Would definitely recommend staying at this place.

4th of July stay

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The 5 minute walk to the beach wasn't bad, and even on a holiday weekend, it wasn't super crowded at the beach. The best part was that we could see fireworks from the deck!

Excellent stay

Lynda was an outstanding host, extremely flexible with our check-in and check-out times, responsive, friendly in communication, and very helpful. The home is meticulously clean and situated in a peaceful location.

Perfect place for our family of 5

This was in great location, pet friendly, and a short walk to the beach. Property was properly described and exceeded expectations. Our family of five wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Great week

The condo is very nice with everything you need to make for a good vacation. Conveniently located to everything (restaurants,shops, grocery). Our host was excellent and we’ll be booking this condo for our next trip to Destin.

Super cute condo and we enjoyed the stay! It’s within walking distance to quite a few restaurants and shops. The beach was an easy walk and having the chairs and umbrella there was a big plus! The owners are very responsive and answered all my questions very promptly! Thank you!!!

Great place & location

We loved our stay at this property. The location is ideal - very close to the beach and harbor walk, surrounded by shops and restaurants. The town home was very clean and fully equipped with everything you might need. We would come back to this place and also recommend it to a friend.

Our first trip to Destin

Check-in was easy. Her instruction on how to enter the property and codes to get in the condo, pool area, and gate to walk across the bridge were explained and easy to understand. Condo was clean and very comfortable. We loved the chair and umbrella service on the beach that came with the room. Very cool views at night from the 2 balcony’s. The location of the condo was close to everything.

Found a new favorite spot in Destin

Nicely renovated townhome in a small, friendly community that was pet-friendly. We enjoyed time on both decks, and there was plenty of space for our family of 4. Overlooking the lake was unique, and the walk to the beach was short. Would definitely stay here again.
