This place is amazing. I felt at home the whole time I love being able to walk out the door into the sand into the beautiful water. Kudos to the cleaner very lovely will definitely be returning. Thank you for an amazing stay.

This place was perfect for pets and kids could not been a better place to stay. Very convenient no hassle of going through elevator head ache. Place on literally on the beach easy access.

We had a wonderful stay at this property in Destin! We arrived just a few days after a hurricane, and Heather was fantastic at keeping us informed about the conditions, including when power had been restored. Her communication was excellent, and she was always quick to respond to any questions.The property was very clean and well-maintained, and the beachfront location was absolutely perfect! We loved having the beach just steps away, and the beach service was amazing. Check-in was also incredibly easy and hassle-free.Overall, we had a great experience! Heather was an excellent host, and we truly appreciated her hospitality. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Destin!

Steps from the beach, 5 pools, 2 restaurants, one of which is on the beach, beach service, and I can bring my dogs. Washer and dryer, linens, beach towels, stocked kitchen, and close to shopping. Why stay anywhere else?

We had amazing communication from the host from the start. The unit was clean, nice, quiet and just like the pictures. Very close to the beach, honestly steps away. We loved this unit and we definitely will be back to stay here again next year!

We had a great stay at this condo for spring break. The location is fantastic. You are right in the middle of Desitin, but off the main road. This condo is very close to the beach. Just a small view, but we loved the area off the deck to play and run. The condo is just as described, clean and well appointed. We did bring our dog and that process was easy both for renting and with the check-in at Sandpiper Cove. We would gladly visit and use this condo again.

For booking last minute, this condo was great. Only thing I was disappointed in was the guest room tv wouldn’t work and it was extremely hot in there for kids to be staying in. Furniture in living (pillows, couch, chairs) room needs to be professionally cleaned or replaced. They’re pretty dirty. Location is excellent though which makes up for those things! I would rent again if those small changes would be made. Walking out the sliding doors straight to the beach was awesome!

We had a super experience. One thing needs addressing. The bathtub is extremely slippery. All you need is a rubber shower mat. It is an accident and lawsuit waiting to happen.

The property was as advertised, communication with the host was great however there wasn't a view of the beach. It was blocked by a tall sand dune but you could walk out the back door and use the beach access walkway to get to the beach. Also, we did bring our dog and paid the pet fee associated but when we checked in we were told there would be another 10 pet fee from the condo association. This was an unexpected disappointment. But other than that we had a great time.
