Great location. The house was wonderful. Host was always nice amd available to answer any questions I had. The house had everything you needed just like you would at home. Really enjoyed our stay. Will definitely use this location again

The accommodations were perfect for our weekend trip. The kitchen was well stocked with the basics and then some, making it easy to cook a family meal. The check out process could not have been more guest centered which is an amazing way to end a vacation. Overall a very positive experience !

We so much enjoyed our stay in this home. The location was perfect. The house had many little extras provided that are rarely seen in vacation homes. We felt so at home there. Elizabeth is top notch to work with. We will definitely be back!

Home was very clean and inviting. Also very accommodating and thoughtful including children toys and towels, extra blankets and pillows, and anything you need for cooking in the kitchen. We really enjoyed our stay and how easy the process was. Will definitely be staying again.

Wonderful experience from all the questions before to the very end of our stay. This place is clean and accommodated 6 adults well. Plenty of inside and outside seating to make everyone comfortable. Close to everything. It felt like home. They had blankets to lounge with a basket of flip flops for your stay. The kitchen has most appliances for your stay. There are beach towels also. Very nice washer and dryer. Definitely would come again!

A quick walk to the beach and a place that really feels like home! Mike and Kellie even had flip flops, which came in handy as one of our trip mates forgot their pair!

Excellent Location

We are frequent visitors to St. Simons and LOVE the location of this property! It's a quick walk to the beach and to the village. The property is quaint and comfortable and the host was a delight to work with. We will definitely return!

Great Place!

My friends and I visited St. Simon’s and really enjoyed this house. It was clean, decorated for Valentines Day, had a wonderful coffee bar, three bedrooms with closets and storage space. The location was perfect - close to restaurants, the ocean and shopping. Had a great time. Elizabeth was responsive and flexible.

Family Trip

We stayed on St. Simons for several days. This place was perfect! It was clean and had everything we needed. I liked the little fenced in backyard for the kids to safety play. We even utilized the grill. The location was close enough to walk to the pier so you do not have to fight parking! We also visited Fort Frederica, WWII Museum, and the lighthouse! The last day we were there we rode over to Jekyll Island.Overall, I highly recommend staying here. This pictures on the website looks exactly like the duplex. It was a nice comfortable stay with zero problems!

This was an A rental. It’s close to downtown and just a block from the beach. The home owner is so thoughtful to think of and include wonderful extras like a basket with beach towels and another with flip flops, along with syrups, sweeteners, and supplies for coffee; we brought all these things for ourselves, but it was such a nice touch to find when we arrived. The Property Manager was very responsive to my texts, and she made everything super seamless. Our grandson turned two while we were here, and the home owner (who had come by to change batteries in the door lock) came back to the house while we were gone for dinner and left a little gift outside for Quin. It was so very kind and thoughtful. We love SSI and will definitely be back. Thank you for everything!
