Setting was excellent. Location was convenient to Rocky Mountain NP. The only drawback was the drinking water had a bad smell, however bottled drinking water was provided, so it was not really an issue. If you are looking to get away from the crowds, this is a perfect location!

Awesome Vacation Spot

This cabin was amazing. Right next to a mountain stream. Extremely comfortable bed and everything you need to relax and get away from the daily grind. Close to Rocky Mountain National Park and Estes Park. Just a wonderful place to spend in comfort.

We were traveling locally to celebrate our small elopement, and when we saw this place we knew it was the one. Our experience here surpassed our expectations. Absolutely one of the best rentals we have ever gotten. The cabin was charming and adorable, the river was calming and the star of the whole place. We loved the outdoor area, and both the hot tub and grill were working which was a huge plus. The chairs and hammock by the river were a huge treat. We had a couple questions pop up during our stay, and communication was incredibly prompt & helpful. We loved our stay here, and genuinely cannot wait to come back!

25th Anniversary

We really enjoyed the quaint, cozy cabin, it was perfect, the bed was one of the most comfortable and my wife loved all the extra blankets. Great communication also.

This cabin is a must book sray for your Rocky Mountain Colorado stay. A beautiful scenic drive through Roosevelt National park to your tranquil cabin. The host is easy to reach, answers any questions or concerns in a quick and timely manner. The cabin has multiple provisions and amenities requiring little things to be brought or bought. If there items you still need, the cabin is close to Lyons market, or stop by Longmont for any extra needs and or wants.
The back porch is the perfect relaxing point anytime of day. The hot tub was wonderful tempted for 104* lights and jets all functioned beautifully. The outdoor light are able to be plugged in with closely provided plug box which is a bonus.
The smells, sights and sounds of this back patio are bar none. The morning coffee views of the Colorado scenery and the sounds of the river makes this the best place to stay.
Kids bedroom upstairs provides two windows for additional outdoor views.
The quaint kitchen dining are is perfectly stocked and played out for a food gathering place and openess to allow visiting with anyone in the living room anointed as well.

Backyard is awesome! Hot tub on deck was a winner. We enjoyed sitting in Adirondack chairs along the rushing river. Beautiful! Wish there had been wood provided for the fire pit.Be aware upstairs is one room, with both beds in same room and no bathroom up there. Lots of towels and blankets available. Kitchen well stocked, but coffee pot troublesome.There was no instruction booklet in house as the manager kept referring to.
