La cucina aggiornata offre mobili nuovi, counterops granito, elettrodomestici neri, ed è completamente attrezzata con pentole e stoviglie.

Il Fronte del Golfo balcone offre 2 chaise sedie a sdraio e tavolo con 2 sedie - perfetto per prendere il sole o per godersi un pomeriggio con la famiglia o con gli amici!

Great view, very clean. Had a small issue with the elevator on the first day, had to carry our groceries up 8 flights of stairs, but it was fixed by that evening. Had a great time and I would definitely book at Ocean House again. Only thing was we wished they had a keypad entry on the door. Keeping up with the keys was a little bit of a hassle.

The balcony has an icredible view of the gulf. Condo had everything we needed for a relaxing beach get away. The pool is nice but we spent most of our time in the white sand on the beach.

The location was great with several restaurants within walking distance. The ninth floor had awesome views of the beach, and it was not too crowded while we were there. The pool was stained and needed a deep cleaning, and there were minor things that needed to be cleaned in the condo. The building was dated and I wish there was more than one elevator, but otherwise, the stay was fantastic.

The unit was recently painted and it was difficult to get into the unit due to dried paint that somewhat sealed the door. When we opened the door to the washer/dryer area and it fell off. We reported it. The overall experience was just average.

This was the 7th trip that we’ve taken to Gulf Shores and this condo has the best view!! We appreciated the fast elevators, on property security, the ease of buying ice from security, the check-in process, and the bathrooms by the entrance to the beach. A few updates need to be made to the condo - the rug in the living room is very worn. The trim, doors, and baseboards need to be painted. The ice maker was slow. And the bed in the guest room has a sink hole in the middle and should be replaced. Also the black smudges around the decking of the pool, I’m assuming it’s mold.

Great location

This was our 2nd time to stay at Ocean House. The location to shopping and restaurants in Gulf Shores is great. The beach is perfect and the pool is top-notch. The employees of Ocean House are all friendly and helpful.

Memorial Day

Great location, within walking distance of many restaurants. Condo was very clean and has excellent views of the gulf. Nice pool for kids and beach is practically at your doorstep. Would recommend and will stay again!

Family vacation

The room was so clean and nice definitely wouldn’t recommend staying on the 9th floor with little kids. It stormed when we went and the wind and rain was awful it was coming in through the sliding doors.

Great little get-away!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was clean, nicely equipped and provided everything we needed for a good get-away. Not as big as the other condos up and down the beach meant that the beaches in front of this condo were not as crowded! Within walking distance of the Hang-Out and other shops was a plus.

Best friend of 26 years upcoming sixtieth birthday !!

She had a bum knee on one leg and a sprain ankle in the other foot … other than having to seriously slow down and take it easy we loved it nice and clean .. decor was lovely … location awesome for we wanted to do … only difficulty was the key box - and the spare very ornery to use didn’t get it to work … we decided we going to to do this Every year so we will be remembering y’all !!

Overall the condo was in good condition. The blinds in the master bedroom do not work correctly so you pretty much have to throw them over the valance, which is a headache. Each bathroom needs a bath mat for when you get out of the shower so you don’t have to waste a good towel. This was the first condo that I ever stayed out that didn’t have a hairdryer and because I didn’t bring mine I had to go purchase one. Overall the stAy was nice and would definitely stay again.

Angela, Thank you for your great review despite the issues you incurred while staying in this property. We took your review to the owner regarding the issue with the blinds in the master. They chose and we agreed to switch from blinds to blackout drapery panels. They look nice and offer an easier option for guests to access the balcony. We used to provide bathmats in each property however because they are thicker, they became a great mat for guests vehicles to take their packed coolers home. We do provide them for guests that request them and would've happily delivered some to your door had we known it would make your stay more enjoyable. We do not require our owners to provide hair dryers but some do as a courtesy or a convenience for guests. We do our best to keep each listing up to date with appliances that are provided in each unit and apologize if we left out this important detail. Needs to be cleaned better

From the rear bedroom patio door lock being broken and the crack in the living room ceiling, mold around the pool place could use a good cleaning and updating. The fixtures have a thick layer of dust on all of them. The advertisement said there is a gym on property, according to security it wasn’t built back after last years hurricane. The gym wasn’t my only reason for booking here but it was a reason. Thankfully there was a gym 25 minutes away but 1 hour just in travel a day, takes away from my vacation.

Donnie, We are saddened by your negative review, expecially since you didn't communicate any of this to us during your stay. We hate you were looking forward to using the onsite gym facility, however we do mention in our rental agreement that we have no control regarding any amenity on site, or the lack of any amenity. These are items beyond our control, however if you were unhappy with the cleanliness of the unit, we should've been contacted upon your arrival. We would've happily assisted you with getting each item mentioned handled promptly to make your stay all that it should be. We hope you will give us and this property another chance by coming to be our guest again. We will offer you a discount for all of your future stays you secure with us. BEAUTIFUL, STRESS FREE & JUST PERFECT

This property was so nice! The pool was amazing! The sand was just steps away! The unit was beautiful too! We go to the Gulf Shores/Orange Beach area every year & take our kids for family vacation (they are 13 & 7). I have to say this was one of our most memorable trips mostly because the property & our individual unit made the trip amazing! My children LOVED the pool!!!!!!!!!! The pool was large enough for them to swim, play & have a good time. For me it was great too because the pool is basically ON the beach so I didn't have to miss out on hearing the waves while I watched the kids (it also made it very easy to take our towels & bags down)! --- The beach was beautiful & STEPS away from the building!!!!!!! The condo was decorated so CUTE & inside it had everything we needed. My husband & I enjoyed drinking coffee on the balcony each morning & waking up in our room & seeing the water (breathtaking)!!!! The overall layout of the condo was perfect for children too (they had their own bedroom & bathroom)--- ---- The location of the property is close to everything.... there was a store across the street which made it easy if we needed to pick up something & all of the famous restaurants were MAYBE 5min away.......-------------- Our memories will last us a lifetime (we saw the dolphins from the balcony, even saw a sting ray & my 7yr found a hermit crab on the beach which we brought home!)----- Thank you so much for making this vacation stress free, beautiful & perfect in every way!!!!!! Our family will see you next year!

Great location- but-

We only had 4 towels in bathrooms, 4 washcloths & 1 hand towel- no makeup towels at all! There was suppose to be 5 towels & washcloths & a makeup towel in each bathroom. We didn’t require 5 towels- so want to make sure we don’t get charged for towels we never had. The main bathroom has a towel bar that is barely hanging on wall- I have pictures- and from previous reviews this was broken for awhile & not fixed. Also shower bar in main bathroom rusted & nasty! Have pictures! For a luxury apartment on the beach- it could at least have coffee filters available - as how will guests know what filters are needed- and really not expensive to have available. The check in was not easy as the app & the check-in email did not state whether building 1 or building 2. Lockbox was not labeled as described or in location described. And being told that the app didn’t have all information we needed was disconcerting when it appeared to have more information about everything than the email that was sent. There was no security guard day we checked in or next day & did not show up til day before we left- and it was upsetting to then have to pay $30 for parking night before we left the next morning- not really sure what “security “ we paid for. The location was GREAT & the apartment was mostly clean- just don’t look behind beds- lots of dust- only saw that when needing to use plugs to charge phones. The guest bedroom TV continually goes to SpongeBob for some reason.

Carrie, Thank you for your 4 star review, despite the issues that affected your stay in this awesome property. We are so sorry to find out you only had 4 towels per bathroom, and not what was explained in the arrival details. I double checked to make sure you were not charged for the missing items and confirmed you were not. We had maintenance address the towel bars. They are repaired and confidently in place as they should be. We are so very sorry for them not being in place or as they should've been during your stay. We do supply a "start-up" of items, such as a roll of toilet paper for each bathroom, a roll of paper towels, single use laundry and dishwasher detergent. The items supplied are detailed in the arrival information to inform each guest, so they can plan and prepare accordingly. We are sorry, but coffee filters are not provided. Parking passes are a requirement of the association, and the ability to obtain them from the guard on site is completely beyond our control. They patrol frequently to ensure the safety of guests and owners on site, and have a phone number posted on the guard shack door so they can be reached when needed. As for the arrival information; we referred back to the information provided to guests and it honestly cannot be more clear about the location of this unit, or how to access it. We are terribly sorry you had a hard time upon arrival but hope that despite all you mentioned, you were able to enjoy the gorgeous, beach front views this unit provides, as well as make memories to last a lifetime!
