There was no mix up. Like she said, Anika mistakenly booked the 25th and she needed the 26th. Anika and her party never showed up on the 25th and the 26th was already booked to another family. Anika text Vrbo inbox explaining she made a mistake and asked could I extend it and i said NO! because the place was booked (check the vrbo inbox for this communication) the guess was arriving late (after the city finished working on the lines). But as we were speaking their guest was showing up (about 15 people). Anika wasnt there. I believe her husband was present. So I tried to assist him and this is the thanks i get. Lies. Over all the group left the place in good condition. They cleaned up and was out by 4:45pm. However it was to many people for such a small place. cheryl K

Thank you for your feed back, I'm glad to here you enjoyed the home itself. I'm sorry that the surrounding area did not meet your expectations or make you feel comfortable as you had hoped. While we respect your opinion, regarding the neighborhood we respectfully disagree with the characterization of the area being unsafe. We live next door to the property and are very familiar with the surrounding area. Our experience and that of many previous guest has been quite different. We understand that perception may vary form person to person, and what feels comfortable to one guest may not feel the same to another. Guest safety and comfort are very important to us and we take it very seriously. We have host over 100 families and guest and have an average of 4.8 rating out of 5 over many platforms.
