This charming, townhome-style end unit in Turnberry Village offers a perfect blend of comfort and coastal charm, just minutes from the beach. Situated within the picturesque Palmetto Dunes Resort, The Green Turtle is a short walk from the beach and the community saltwater pool. Enjoy easy access to nearby grocery stores, shopping, and dining options.
The villa is tastefully designed with a soothing coastal theme, enhanced by abundant natural light. Guests enter through the front door and ascend a half-flight of stairs to reach the dining room, which connects to the kitchen, living room, and back deck. The first floor has a king bedroom and bathroom (also serves as a guest bathroom), while the second floor features a den that opens to the living area below with two twin beds which leads to the guest bedroom with two full beds and an additional bathroom. The renovated kitchen boasts quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a tiled backsplash.
Relax on the partially covered back deck, which offers views of the 8th green of the George Fazio golf course. Enjoy alfresco dining with a table that seats four and a gas BBQ grill. Perfect for catching the Sunset over the golf course!

This is our second time staying at this rental, and we've loved it both times. We were thrilled to see several upgrades to the house since a year ago, including new bathroom fixtures and new furniture! It's the perfect place for our family to stay.

This updated property was so well equipped with any amenity that you would ever need to have and more. Communication was perfect and they responded quickly to every need or question. I would highly recommend this location is a beautiful view of the golf course and easy to get around. Local fishing nearby pool transportation to and from any golf course or community Pickle Ball course and General store! Will definitely stay at this property the next time we are in town,

This property was great! The host did a great job answering questions I had, the property itself was well represented in the photos and was clean and really well stocked! The cabinets were all labeled which made it easy to find things for the kids and the outside area was a big hit with our group! I highly recommend!

Our trip was wonderful. The condo was beautiful and backed up to a golf course. I liked that property management contacted us to make sure everything was okay and if we needed anything, to contact them. There was information provided in the condo for anything you might need; transportation, restaurants, beach access and shopping. The weather was great and we could take our dog to the beach. It was a perfect trip and we can’t wait to go back!

Perfect set up from what we needed. Quick access to get around to the pool, golf courses, restaurants, and the beach. The place has nice comfy beds and the kitchen is stocked with pots, pans, etc. This end unit is updated and has plenty of windows for natural light. We would definitely come back to stay here!!

The property manager was excellent with answering any questions we had. We requested an additional propane tank and they brought one over to the condo right away. They were very responsive with our communication.
