Need a new sleeping sofa mattress with a protective cover on it!! Plumbing under sink in guest bathroom needs work. The mattress in master bedroom is hard a a rock.

The check in was terrible. It took over an hour. First I did not have a reservation, yet I had the printed confirmation,, then I was forced to redo the multipage form for the condo, while I had a printed copy in my hand, then I produced my credit card statement where I had paid and then then they found my reservation and then they would not accept the vaccination tag on the dog so I had to get a paper signed by a vet . When I returned with the paper they did not even look at it but gave us the tag for his leash.The furniture in the condo was totally worn out. I can find better at goodwill. Two of the chairs were dangerous to sit in due to wobbly legs and the sofa was caved in.One of the toilets had not been cleaned.I would not recommend thsi condo to anyone.

Many of our properties offer contactless check-in, and all arrival details, including door codes and check-in instructions, are sent 20 days prior to arrival via email. The condition and cleanliness concerns you noted, especially regarding furniture safety and cleanliness oversights, are deeply concerning and will be immediately investigated by our local Team. We truly regret the frustration you experienced. While we wish we had known during your stay so we could have helped right away, we appreciate your feedback and hope to provide a more seamless stay in the future.

The unit and the view were very good .. however, the furniture-living room couch(only place to sit besides dining chairs ) was awful .. it is worn out.. cushions are gritty feeling next to your skin and was not comfortable for sleeping ..we kept it covered to sit on .. did not like all glass items in kitchen ..plates,bowls,glasses etc especially with small kids .. went and bought plastics to use .. the patio space was filthy .. cushions so nasty even our 3 yr old said so and wouldn’t sit on them .. floor was pure filth when rain came in (Bertha didn’t help) and was staying on floor it was black water.. could use a good scrubbing .. dont like being negative but for price you pay I think cleanliness is expected ..Thankful we were able to get unit to spend time with family (grandson is deploying) who stayed in other units and always enjoy Panama City beach but this stay was disappointing Have stayed at Grand Panama several times and would definitely come again ..
