We’ve stayed at the Grand Panama twice now and we absolutely love it! We love the options of choosing which pool or hot tub We want to relax In and you can’t beat the location to pier 42!

This was our second time staying here, and once again, we absolutely loved our stay! The place is comfortable, clean, and feels like a home away from home. The host is wonderful and always responds relatively quickly whenever we have a question or need anything. We’ve had a great experience both times and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay so much! Beautiful Condo and resort!! Well planned kitchen that has all your extras, Ninja Blender, Mr.Coffee and a single serve keurig. We have always stayed ocean front, so I was concerned about being across the street, turned out to be a perfect stay with perfect views and the observation deck off of our room was icing on the cake! We had breakfast and dinner there and watched the beautiful sunset! Look forward to visiting again! We LOVE PCB

Great condo with a great view and plenty of parking in the parking garages and parking lot that will actually fit an oversized vehicle. Communication with the host was easy and great he always responded to any questions we had and made it painless. The condo was top notch and very enjoyable after a long day at the beach or the pool.

The unit was perfect for my family and I. The unit was clean and the view from the balcony was amazing! It took us less than 5 minutes to walk to the beach and the days we did not feel like sitting in the sand, we enjoyed the pools at the resort. There are a variety of restaurants and activities nearby as well as ice cream shops. I highly recommend this rental and hope to stay again soon.

Nice property with friendly staff and plenty of areas for dogs. Need to have a few more wash stations after leaving the beach to go to pool or back to your condo. Great communication with host. Unfortunately the cleaning company owner uses didn’t do what was expected by me and him so he kindly gave us credit. Would go back.

We had a wonderful stay at this condo! The check-in process was an absolute breeze, which made arrival so stress-free, thanks to Brett! The location was fantastic and the space had everything we needed. Nice ocean view from the balcony. The only minor critique we have regarding cleanliness were that it could have been a bit more thoroughly cleaned under the sofa bed. Otherwise, it was a great experience. Highly recommend booking this rental! Thank you for hosting us!

We stayed at this Gulf-view condo in Panama City Beach while in town for a gymnastics meet, and it was a great choice. The location couldn’t be better—right in tower 2 across the street with easy walk over access to beach with beautiful ocean views, and also convenient to restaurants, shops, and the competition venue. The condo itself was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our stay. The balcony was a great size and perfect for relaxing. Check-in was smooth, and communication with the host was easy. We would definitely stay here again for future trips!
