Questo 3-storia condominio stile residenza contemporaneo è dall'altra parte della strada dal mare sulla Atlantic Avenue alla fine sud della zona turistica. A piedi Rudee Inlet per la pesca d'altura, parasailing, sci d'acqua o semplicemente la pesca dalla riva.

Piano terra:

1 ° piano - suite di In-legge con divano letto estraibile e bagno completo.

** NOTA: è necessario utilizzare la scala esterna per accedere al 2 ° piano. **

2 ° piano - Soggiorno con balcone adiacente include TV a schermo piatto e lettore DVD; sala da pranzo; mezzo bagno pubblico; cucina completamente attrezzata con bar per la colazione, frigorifero, fornelli elettrici, lavastoviglie e microonde da appoggio; 1/2 bagno.

Property was very nice and Margie was very helpful. It was nice that the host supplied us with chairs to take to the beach. The main problem that we had was that the dryer stopped working while we were there. Margie responded quickly and was able to get the dryer repaired in a short amount of time.

The condo was fantastic for the 6 of us. 4 teens and a set of parents. The fact that they all have their own bathroom was WONDERFUL! We were all separate enough to manage a whole week together. The condo is legit a minute to 2 minute walk from boardwalk and beach without having to be around the crowds if you have no interest in that. We had one issue with the space (broken boxsprings) and Margie had it fixed within 24 hours. If we were to return to VA we would DEFINITELY return to this rental. I do want to say the photos do not do the space justice. We saw dolphins in the water almost daily when we went over to the beach.

Great place at Southern end of Boardwalk

This was our second time in this unit; third in this building. We love the location (very short walk to the beach) and the unit. Plenty of space for everyone. Well stocked kitchen enables a few home cooked meals. Property manager Margie is friendly, knowledgeable and responsive to questions or concerns. Will definitely be back.

Clean and affordable

We had a nice stay at 217 on 4th street. Main part of condo is spacious and clean. Separate downstair room is small, but our guest only used the room for sleeping and shower. Margie was very accessible to our outreach.

Very nice, close to beach.

Very nice condo. Very clean. Dealing with the manager was easy. The AC was not working and she promptly dealt with it and it was fixed within a day. Our only complaint was having to pick up the key from an address on 22nd st, but it wasn't too big a deal. Overall, wonderful stay and experience.

Family Vacation

We enjoyed our stay at Virginia Beach. The location was excellent with beach access within a short walk across the street. Everything was there as listed and the place was clean and organized. Access to the property was convenient and everything we needed was within a short walk or drive. Our Property manager, Margie was very responsive to our needs and checked in to see if everything was working or if we needed anything. She replaced a grill that was not in good repair with a new one in time for our Fourth of July meal. It was our first trip to Virginia Beach and probably not our last. We would definitely consider staying here again.

The property was spotless and very spacious. More than enough room for me and my four children while they came to Virginia Beach to visit me during their summer break. Close to the beach and boardwalk so we were never out of things to do. We had a blast.Communication was readily available and everything that you could need was already in the house, making the stay extremely smooth and easy. Would do again and was my top rental experience for Virginia Beach.

Virginia Beach Never Disappoints! If you wanna feel like you're at home, stay here!!

We love going to VB and we loved staying at this unit! We stayed at another unit in the complex 3 years ago and became very fond with the location. The units are well maintained, spacious and make you feel like you're at home. Margie and her staff truly never miss a beat. They're always in constant communication with you throughout the entire process. They're always available in case you need anything. And of course everyone was very friendly with every interaction. Loved this unit, perfect for our active family of four and will only rent from Margie in Virginia Beach!!!

Va beach vacation

We enjoyed staying here. It was quiet and close to the beach and Rudees inlet. The condo was immaculate. The kitchen was fully adequate and supplied. There was ample space for 8 of us. The carport was perfect to fit 2 vehicles. We will definitely be staying here again when we visit Virginia Beach. Margie was wonderful in our planning and answered all of our questions.

Very close to the beach. Family friendly. Convenient to shuttle to take you around Virginia Beach.

Found a dirty towel at the food of the bed in master bedroom and a toy unicorn in one of the drawers. Cobwebs in the corners also. Property manager, Margie Chapman was wonderful. I forgot my bathing suit in the bathroom and she is going to ship it back to me which I’m very grateful for as it was not a cheap bathing suit

Great Beach Rental

This spot is perfect for a family or group of friends. Plenty of space, quiet, clean, walking distance to the beach/shops/restaurants. Would go back.

Short walk to the beach great for families

The house was great we had me and my family and my sister and her family. check in was Super easy the house was clean One block from the boardwalk parking was great for two SUVs the outdoor shower was perfect to not get sand into the house The deck with the table was perfect for the evenings we had a problem with the dryer but they came and fixed it that day and we’re great about it

Nice place close to the beach

Very nice townhome styled rental with a in-law suite. The two bedrooms in the main unit are spacious and comfortable. Living and dining area are large and well equipt. The in-law suite is a bit outdated, more like a small standalone bed and bath, would be great for a teen on a family trip. Management was very communicative and accommodating. The location is a short walk from the beach, Overall it is a great place to stay

Great location!

Place was great, nothing fancy, but just right for a relaxing week. It is good to note that their is an Army base nearby and fighter jets are CONSTANTLY flying over the house as well as the beach. If you are not expecting them, they can take you off guard with how loud they are! Especially first thing in the morning while you are still sleeping!
