Discover the secluded sanctuary that is Loft #9 at Riverside Point Resort. Perched above the garage, between Cabin #1 and the main Brick House. Prepare to be enchanted as you enter Loft #9, a captivating retreat where modern comfort meets rustic elegance amidst the scenic beauty of the Fish Hook River.



Upon entering, you'll find a full bathroom to the right of the front door, ensuring convenience and comfort. Straight ahead, a staircase leads you to the upper level, where the studio awaits. The loft boasts a small but well-equipped kitchen with a 2-burner electric range, toaster/convection oven, coffee maker, and all the tools needed for cooking and serving up delicious meals.



Adjacent to the kitchen is the bedroom space featuring a comfortable double bed, perfect for a restful night's sleep. As you continue through the loft, you'll discover a raised living area, complete with a lounge chair, cable TV with Roku for your entertainment needs, and a full-sized sofa/futon offering additional sleeping space.



Step outside onto the covered patio, where you'll find a propane grill and bistro table/chairs, providing the perfect spot for enjoying outdoor meals while taking in the serene surroundings. With access to the Fish Hook River and resort amenities, including outdoor activities and water recreation, guests can fully immerse themselves in the beauty of nature at their leisure.

📌 Important Details

- 🚗 Parking: The Loft has a designated parking space in front of the garage, next to cabin #1. Additional parking for a second vehicle is available on the grass area across from the cabins.

- 🐶 Pet Policy: We will consider dogs 2 years and older. Cats are not allowed. Guests must provide age, breed, and weight for approval and applicable pet fees. Approval is not guaranteed. The resort also has a fenced off-leash dog area.

🚤 OPTIONAL PONTOON RENTAL (Seasonal)

At Riverside Point Resort, we offer a pontoon for guests to rent on-site from the 3rd weekend in May through the 2nd weekend of October. The pontoon is capable of pulling tubers and features AM/FM radio, plenty of storage, and a shade canopy so you can comfortably enjoy everything Fish Hook River and Fish Hook Lake have to offer during your stay.



IMPORTANT INFO / RULES

- A $500 damage deposit hold is required and will be placed on the card used for the rental prior to departure. The hold will be released after the rental has concluded and the pontoon has been inspected, provided no damage or other applicable charges are identified.

- The first full tank of fuel is provided.

- Guests may have the pontoon conveniently refueled by management at Riverside Point Resort after the first tank.

- 5 gallon minimum purchase required for refueling.

- $6.50 per gallon

- 91 Octane fuel ONLY. Lower grade fuel cannot be used in the pontoon. A penalty charge of $250 will apply if this rule is violated.

- Life jackets are provided onboard the pontoon.

Please note: Daily prices do not reflect applicable taxes. A $500 damage deposit hold is required for all pontoon rentals and will be released following the rental and inspection of the pontoon, provided no damage or other applicable charges are identified.



Guest Access:

Guests have access to the entire Loft and general outdoor areas of the resort. In addition, the basement of the Main Brick House is a common area offering coin laundry and a game room for all guests of the Resort, providing a fun escape with a pool table, ping pong table, darts, chess and an array of card and board games.



In addition, guests are able to venture to the resort's ""Riverside Point"" where a grassy peninsula awaits on the shores of Fish Hook River. Here, fire pits with inviting benches offer a place to gather and enjoy the beauty of nature, while a dock stands ready for boating or fishing adventures. We provide kayaks, canoes and other small self-propelled water vessels for complementary use (first-come, first served). Firewood can be pre-ordered for $6 per bundle or $8 per bundle on site. We also have a pontoon available for rent so our guests can enjoy all Fish Hook River/Lake has to offer during their stay!



For the angler at heart, a fish house with running water provides a convenient spot to clean and prepare your catch of the day, while water toys, floaties, life jackets, and beach toys await in the nearby shed, promising endless hours of outdoor fun.



The Neighborhood:

Situated along Hwy 71 in the charming town of Park Rapids, our resort offers a serene retreat surrounded by lush greenery, vibrant wildflowers, and picturesque vintage homes from the 1940s and 50s. Other Things to Note:

PET POLICY



We understand that pets are part of the family, and we're happy to consider allowing your dog to join you during your stay. We do not allow cats. To ensure the comfort and safety of all our guests, we have established the following pet policy:



- Dog Information: Guests must provide the age, breed, and weight/size of their dog(s) when inquiring. Approval is based on this information.



- Approval & Fees: If you dog is approved, an additional pet fee will apply. We will send a separate payment request for this fee upon booking.



- Rules & Restrictions: Dogs must be well-behaved, house-trained, and fully vaccinated. Dogs must be leashed when outside, unless they are in the designated off-leash area. Please clean up after your dog and keep them off the furniture. We reserve the right to decline certain breeds, sizes, or multiple dogs.



- Responsibility: Guests are responsible for any damage or extra cleaning caused by their dog(s). Unauthorized pets may result in a penalty fee and possible eviction without refund.



SERVICE ANIMALS

ADA-recognized service animals are always welcome throughout the resort. Owners should please observe and follow the service animal behavioral policy below:



Service animals must be under the control of their handler at all times.

Service animals should remain on a leash or harness unless doing so interferes with the animal's ability to perform its duties or the individual’s disability prevents using these devices.

Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their service animal and for any damages the animal may cause to the property or other guests.



We request that guests with service animals inform our reservations team at the time of booking, so we can ensure the most comfortable accommodation for you and your service animal.



For the purpose of this policy, a service animal is defined as a dog that has been individually trained to do work or perform tasks for an individual with a disability. The work or task a dog has been trained to provide must be directly related to the person’s disability. Emotional support, therapy, comfort, or companion animals are not considered service animals under the ADA guidelines and are therefore not allowed within the resort without prior approval from management.
