The condo itself is beautiful. The tv did not work for first couple of days; owner had not paid the cable bill. Once that was fixed, it was fine. The buildings and grounds are tired though. Outdoor pool is small, but nice. Indoor pool deck and surround need cleaning. Forget the sauna, barely warm.

Great Location

The property is beautiful and looks just like the pictures. Very clean and great location next to grocey stores and restaurants. We will definitely visit this property again.

Great views

The condo is precious great views and was perfect for us. Great location on Orange Beach. The pool was under renovation while we were staying, but did not interfere our trip.

Perfect condo and location. Everything was clean and everything we needed was there. We really enjoyed the beach, pool and the outdoor balcony. The balcony was so spacious and had a table, couch and chairs and they were all comfortable. Enjoyed having my coffee out there! We would definitely rent there again. Only thing I would change is the pillows. They were so big and fluffy. We are personally use to flatter pillows. We can’t wait to go back.

enjoyed the view of the gulf and private beach access tremendously. Communications were pretty good. A work crew of some type broke a water main to the complex so were without water 6 hours. However, the maintenance phone was answered quickly and although they could not do anything to fix the problem (wasn't their responsibility) the organization did put out a text notifying renters. A little short on provided amenities (hand soap, laundry, dishwasher soaps) and towels for a party of five staying 4 days. Overall, experience was quite fine.

The condo was really nice and looked as pictured. We did have an issue that was reported but wasn’t handled.

Spring Break Trip

This condo is beautiful and just like it is described. The covered balcony is amazing and it is right on the beach. Easy parking, check in and the whole process. There were four of us and could have been twice as many no problem. Bedrooms are great, spacious and we loved having fans in every room. *the only thing I would have changed is the kitchen items: coffee filters, salt and pepper, plastic cups for kids.
