Sea to Believe is a luxurious six-bedroom, six-bathroom oceanfront beach house with a private dock, situated in the exclusive gated community of Inlet Harbour. This premier property boasts a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and two refrigerators, as well as TVs throughout. The outdoor living space includes an oceanfront screened porch adjacent to the living room, a private swimming pool with heating capabilities (fees apply), a furnished sundeck with built-in seating benches along the three deep-end sides of the pool, a free-standing hot tub, and an outdoor elevator to access the 1st floor. Additionally, there is ample parking for up to four vehicles. This exclusive gated community does not allow motorcycles or golf carts.

Annual family beach vacation

The location is great as you have essentially a private beach. It is great not having to deal with a crowded beach. Five stars across the board.

The location of this property was beautiful, but the property itself was not maintained nearly as nicely as appears in the photos. Here is a list of the issues we had:- lightbulb burned out over dining room table- neither reclining chair functioned properly (one doesn’t hold up the weight of legs, the other is missing its handle completely)- the couch was missing a chunk of fabric from the arm- bedding blankets were stained- at least one mattress did not have a mattress pad and the mattress itself was stained and dirty- mildew on shower curtains- gas grill did not work and was disgustingly filthy as if never cleaned- kitchen disposal did not work- not a single box of tissues to be found anywhere in the home- no extra rolls of toilet paper (we went out and purchased)- no extra trash bags (we purchased)- a single measly bar of soap provided in each bathroom that needed to be moved back and forth from sink to shower- no hand rails on showers causing near accidents for aging family members- no safety cage surrounding elevator which is mildly terrifying considering the types of accidents that could take place- a knob fell off of the kitchen cutlery drawer- no beach towels provided - which certainly isn’t mandatory, but always appreciated for travelers renting a BEACH FRONT property

Perfect Family Vacation Spot

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house was perfect for a group of three young families. There was plenty of space in the house. We loved the double fridge and double dishwasher and that there was enough space for everyone to sit at the dining area. The screened in porch was also great because it kept the kids contained and allowed us to be outside in the evening without worrying about bugs. The best thing, however, was the pool was under the house, providing shade all day long for seven kids six and under to swim, without having to bake in the sun. The beach is literally steps away, which allowed us to come and go as we pleased and allowed each family to operate on their own schedule. We also love that it was away from the hustle and bustle of the beach attractions, providing a calm vacation spot that was still great amenities.

Spring break getaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our rental experience at Sea to Believe was great. The house was exactly as pictured in the photos. Plenty of rooms and general space for 4 adults and 4 kids, with some to spare. Unfortunately the pool heater was broken during our trip and the water didn’t look to be chemically balanced. With that said I understand it’s late March and a little early for pool maintenance. Kitchen was well stocked but it would’ve been nice to have everyday items like salt & pepper and extra paper towels. Overall the home was very clean and exactly what we expected. We had a small internet issue and the company was very quick to respond, even at 9pm.

The house is fantastic and we had a great little getaway. The only complaint is the unnecessary stinginess with basic essentials. One trash bag, one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, one roll of paper towels, no hand soap. Everything else was perfect and easy check-in and check-out. The location, view, beach were exactly as advertised would definitely come back.
