We're sorry the outdoor areas weren't as clean as the inside when you arrived. We know how important first impressions are, and having to walk through dirt and debris just to enter the home is certainly not the welcome we want for our guests. We’re so happy to hear how much you enjoyed Ocean Breeze, from the home itself and all of the amenities to those meals outside overlooking the ocean. Hearing that you barely turned on the TV all week because you were too busy enjoying the home and your time together is pretty hard to beat! We also really appreciate you giving us the benefit of the doubt with the ceiling fan. Your message did unfortunately get lost in the shuffle, and while we’re grateful it didn’t take away from your stay, we do apologize. Being responsive to our guests is extremely important to us and we always want to do better than that. It really sounds like you enjoyed Ocean Breeze exactly how it was meant to be enjoyed.
