ELENCO NUOVISSIMO! 15 ° piano, 2BR / 2BA - Splendida vista su Golfo, Baia e Luci di Destin !! Recentemente rinnovato e splendidamente decorato! Hai scelto il luogo perfetto per le tue vacanze in famiglia! A pochi passi dall'acqua verde smeraldo e dalla spiaggia di sabbia bianca!

La camera da letto principale ha vista sul golfo, TV a schermo piatto da 32 ", un letto king size e un ampio bagno con doccia e vasca da giardino. Asciugacapelli in entrambi i bagni. La camera ha una TV a schermo piatto da 27 pollici, un bagno e 2 letti singoli. Il divano del divano si trasforma anche in un letto matrimoniale estraibile. Il soggiorno ha nuovi divani in pelle: uno è un divano letto matrimoniale con TV a schermo piatto da 42 "e sistema surround Bose.

Sul grande balcone tutta la famiglia può godersi una bella cena guardando il tramonto sull'oceano. Il resort dispone di tre grandi piscine, una palestra, una sauna, accesso a oltre 2000 piedi di sabbia bianca in polvere e acque verde smeraldo, un campo da golf a 18 buche da campionato, otto campi da tennis e altro ancora.

Ad Ariel Dunes II è facile fuggire e rilassarsi. Il vostro condominio di lusso Ariel Dunes II è un gradino sopra la media della casa vacanza. Nell'unità 1504 troverete un ampio balcone privato, soffitti di nove piedi, piastrelle di ceramica nell'ingresso, cucina e bagno, ripiani in granito in cucina. L'unità include anche un sistema audio surround Bose top di gamma e accesso a Internet ad alta velocità.

A pochi passi di distanza, potrete godervi i pasti sulla spiaggia presso il famoso ristorante Whales Tail. The condo has very nice furniture and amenities. Everything was in great condition. The ocean view was great. The host was very responsive to questions. Don't hesitate to book if you are looking for a higher end stay.

Excellent condo with a view

Comfortable, clean well-stocked condo within a short walk to the beach. Would definitely stay there again! The view from the balcony was a big bonus.

Wonderful Stay at Mirimar Beach

Nice condo with great view. We have stayed here three times and had another great visit. Nice furnishings, easy access to the beach, and plenty of room. The host is very easy to deal with and helpful.

This place was great! Location to the beach was nice and the property was great. The pool is huge which our kids loved. The view was fantastic from the 15th floor. The building does check wrist bands so anyone not staying on the property can not join you.

Highly recommend this property!

This 15th floor condo was perfect for a relaxing getaway. Features a wide balcony for morning coffee. Property and amenities were just as described in listing.

Personal family condo rented out when family not using. So it is above the normal furnishings and comfort. Feels just like home but with location so awesomely located near the healthy, relaxing white sandy beaches and emerald green waters the Emerald Coast is famous for! Enjoy the great breeze off the Gulf of America as you dine on your private balcony or just relax and enjoy the sun. Watch sunsets from the balcony. Breathe in that fresh Gulf of America air! We love helping people to escape the everyday trials and stress of life, and enjoy the peace, tranquility and awesome opportunities to recharge our batteries!

This property was chosen because Ariel Dunes II has a superior view of the beach and the Gulf of America compared to Ariel Dunes 1. With new sofas, brand new A/C, new washer/dryer, new flooring, new carpet in bedrooms and all NEW WHIRLPOOL KITCHEN APPLIANCES including ice maker of course and filtered water!THIS CONDO IS STATE OF THE ART! A very short walk to the beach and with THREE SWIMMING POOLS (one heated) to choose from if you wish. The rates are extremely competitive with NOT a lot of added on fees like most condos! Photos don't do justice - YOU HAVE TO EXPERIENCE IT FOR YOURSELF!
