Vieni a goderti il nostro condominio completamente rinnovato (marzo 2015) con vista sul 14 ° fairway e sul lago Stewart nel Seascape Resort. Seascape Resort si trova sul bordo orientale di Destin e offre ai visitatori una fuga rilassante, ma un'atmosfera confortevole. Ci sono 2000 piedi di incontaminata spiaggia di sabbia bianca, 300 acri di vegetazione lussureggiante e laghi tranquilli, golf in loco, tennis, basket, 5 piscine, noleggio biciclette e sport acquatici.

La nostra unità spaziosa, ben arredata, piena di luce (e senza fumo) è una delle quattro nell'edificio e si trova al piano terra. Ci sono due camere da letto e due bagni nel nostro condominio. Il master ha un letto matrimoniale con il proprio bagno privato. La camera degli ospiti ha una serie di robusti letti a castello in pino e un letto singolo. Il divano nel soggiorno ha un materasso queen memory foam che può ospitare comodamente due persone. In tutto, il nostro condominio può ospitare 7 persone. Per vostra comodità, c'è una lavatrice e asciugatrice full size situata all'interno del condominio.

La cucina è completamente attrezzata con tutto l'essenziale e molto altro. Ci sono 6 posti a sedere al tavolo della cucina. C'è anche un angolo bonus attaccato alla cucina che può essere utilizzato per ulteriori posti a sedere o come spazio sulla scrivania.

Ci sono 3 televisori a schermo piatto, Samsung TV (55 ", 42", 32 ") nel condominio più un lettore DVD. È disponibile anche la connessione wireless a Internet gratuita.

Le acque color smeraldo e le sabbie zuccherate di Miramar Beach si trovano a pochi passi dal lago Stewart. Seascape ha accesso alla spiaggia privata con noleggio sedie e spiaggia disponibili. Un parcheggio privato proprio accanto alla spiaggia è disponibile per gli ospiti che preferiscono guidare.

Le attrazioni nelle vicinanze includono lo shopping presso l'outlet Silver Sands, lo shopping e la ristorazione al Baytowne Wharf at Sandestin, la pesca d'altura, i parchi acquatici, il minigolf e una grande varietà di opzioni per la ristorazione. Le vicine comunità sulla spiaggia di 30A (Grayton Beach, Watercolor, Seaside e Blue Mountain) sono a breve distanza in auto.

The condo was really great and well set up with a lot of extra towels, pillows and blankets. The view was amazing and the pool was very close for our kids. Robin the host was great and answered all questions very fast. Our vacation was great and it was very peaceful sitting on the front porch reading and drinking coffee. We will definitely stay here again.

This property was absolutely perfect for my family of 7, it’s walking distance to the beach and coastal shops if you don’t want to battle the Destin traffic. We had pizza delivered one night, and they had no problem getting into the gated community. Our host had wonderful communication, when I had a question she responded back within 5 minutes. 10/10 would recommend to anyone, and we will most definitely be back! We’re just sad we have to go back home! Thanks for letting us stay in your little slice of paradise!

The property was great & as described. Great location. Parking within the property right across the beach. Bring your own hair dryer.No full length mirror. If cooking, not much room to put your groceries but the kitchen appliances are abundant and basic seasonings are available. It was a really good stay. We would definitely book again! Thank you Robin!

Great stay for a golf and beach vacation

Long drive from Orland but worth it if you want to golf and enjoy the beach. Awesome, cosy, clean and fully equipped appartement in an building of 4 At walking distance to the beach and with free access to 5 swimming pools on the property

Beautiful condo!

The property was beautiful with a beautiful view of the golf course and a cute little pond. The property was clean and had everything we could possibly need for our stay. The property manager was available for any questions I had. Would definitely recommend!!!

Very nice condo at Seascape

The condo was very nicely decorated, clean and very comfortable with all the amenities we needed. There were also TVs in each bedroom and a nice large tv in the family room. The location was perfect. It was about a 10 minute walk to the beach and the pool is basically just out the back door. It’s also very close to good restaurants and a Winn Dixie grocery store. We would love to go back here.

Nice place. I would definitely stay again and recommend to others. There were some little things that need ti be addressed. 1 toilet didn't work well. Sheets looked old (but clean). Parking lot near beach was nice. Didnt use other amenities.

Great Destin Getaway Spot

This is our 2nd time staying in Seascape. We love the community feel, the multiple pools, pickleball courts & easy beach access. We love the convenience to multiple dining & shopping options close by as well. 16B is a property we will defining is it again in the future. The interior has been completely updated, the beds are comfortable & having access to a washer & dryer was such a treat! Robin is an excellent hostess with clear communication for check in/out procedures. We really enjoyed our stay!!

Wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful stay at the Seascape golf villa. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed to cook dinner there several nights. The tennis court and pool are right behind the condo, and the front porch has a beautiful view of the golf course and lake. We hopped in the car and drove about 2 minutes to a private parking lot right across from the beach each time we went. My husband and son enjoyed golfing during our stay as well. There is plenty to do for an active family, and we loved our time here!

Fun for a family of six!

Our family of 6 enjoyed a fantastic weeklong stay. Robin made us feel right at home from the very beginning. We definitely enjoyed our coffee and the early morning view from the patio as it overlooked the golf course and a small pond. We chose to walk to the beach, which was only about a 10-12min walk, (with full beach gear). The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed to prepare our breakfasts and dinners! Bedrooms and closers were sized appropriately and all of the beds were comfy. One of the 5 resort pools was located within about 100 yards of the condo which was very convenient! Overall this unit was just right for us, and we felt that the resort was quiet, safe, and conveniently located in town for our needs.

Misrepresented and terrible communication

I’ve used VRBO many times and haven’t ever needed to leave a poor review. I honestly do not know how there are so many good reviews. My first warning should have been the very delayed response to messages ( days). After checking in, there was not a binder of info about the property or area like there has been at every other VRBO we have stayed in. We then spent a lot of time driving around the property trying to locate the heated pool and the hot tub since there wasn’t any info available to tell us where to go. We specifically chose this place even though it was 400 higher than the other place we considered, because the listing stated there was a heated pool AND a hot tub. This was important to us because we were traveling in April. We for sure wanted a hot tub knowing that it could be cool at times. It was a very disappointing discovery that a hot tub did not exist. This was a top priority for our kids. When I messaged the host, she offered us a refund if we wanted to pack up and find another place to stay. I spent hours researching out a place for us to stay prior to booking that met our wishlist. We spent more than we wanted to ensure we had the things we wanted. If you have ever packed a family of 5, drove all night, then unloaded the car, you would agree that spending valuable time searching out another place AND then need to repack and then unpack was not a reasonable option. We are incredibly disappointed with this host.

We are a family of educators and coaches from Louisiana. We have invested in the Smoky Mountains (Pigeon Forge, 2012) and now the Emerald Coast (Destin, 2014). We enjoy sharing our two pieces of paradise with our friends and family and making memories with our three children.
Mimi (my mom), my husband, and I purchased this unit in the Fall of 2014. That is when our adventure started. We gutted it and started with a clean slate. It was a labor of love but also a dream of Mimi and myself to have a little piece of paradise at the beach. We hope that you enjoy our "escape to serenity" and come back to visit our piece of paradise.

We chose Seascape because it has the most to offer for our family. We are a very active family that likes to do many different things and this resort can accommodate all ages and a variety of activities.

We love to sit on the porch and watch the people walk by and listen to the birds sing their melodies as the gulf breeze blows by. We also love the tranquil setting of the resort.
