This was the perfect spot for our trip near NYC! From the very beginning, check-in was a breeze, and all the details (like getting connected to the wifi) were clearly explained and easy to follow. We were so appreciative of the host's hospitality and the great setup. We will definitely keep this property at the top of our list for future visits!

Great place! Appreciated the sign on the garage for parking as we arrived at night. Very clean and comfortable. The owner's description of the home and area is very accurate. Overall, parking was very convenient, it is close to the train to get to Manhattan and being close to Liberty Park was a plus.

The perfect home!! We absolutely loved our stay at this property! The home itself is gorgeous (even made us consider buying one like it) and is very spacious, perfect for families or multiple couples. We felt very safe, parking was off the street which was nice. It’s very close to exchange place- the park there is beautiful and it’s very easy access to New York. We felt just close enough to the city without having to actually be in the city. The hosts are incredibly kind and helpful. They went above and beyond to answer all my questions and made the whole process extremely easy. We have already started to plan our next trip and would love to stay here again! 100/10 experience!

Beautiful home! The host was wonderful and quick to respond with any issues we had. Onsite parking was a great asset. Easy walk to public transportation and the neighborhood felt safe even for late night walks back from the train. Thanks for a wonderful home base for our family vacation.

Awesome property in historic neighborhood with easy access to light rail/Liberty State Park and Ride. Spacious bedrooms and common rooms with functional kitchen that has all you need while away from home. Host is friendly, engageable, and available; we loved them! Several easily accessible eateries in the neighborhood that did not disappoint. This property made our visit to NYC easy and enjoyable!

We really enjoyed this property. It had a ton of character and was relaxing to come back to after a day in the city. The walk to public transit was pretty short and it was easy to get into the city. The street parking situation was crazy so it was great to have the reserved spot to not have to worry about parking. It was clean and the kitchen was well stocked too.

I recommend this place for the adventurous. If you are used to new neighborhoods with newer houses, this is probably not the place for you. The house is over 175 years old and much of the original character is in tact. It’s kinda/sorta remodeled. The stairs are steep and narrow. Not recommended for anyone who has problems going up or down stairs. Lastly, there are areas in the neighborhood that we were told to avoid (two different people told us this, so not knowing the area, we listened.)It is a nice house and it’s an easy walk to Bergen-Hudson light rail, which makes it easy to get into the city. The host was great and when we had an issue with the electronic lock, they were right there to take care of it! It was a wonderful place to stay for a group of friends coming from all over the world. We would gladly stay here again.

Great Stay

We were a small school group and this house was perfect for us. Everything was as advertised and easy to check in and communicate with hosts. Amber was very responsive, was quick to answer questions, and was very helpful!

I appreciated how the house came with plenty of bedding, and little comforts like coffee creamer, herbal tea, lotion, bathing soaps, and tissues. We spent most of our week in NYC, but it was nice to have a home base to return to each night with comfortable beds, 2 bathrooms, dining, and living room. When traveling with a while family, having a whole house to ourselves was really nice. Thank you!

Extremely nice, historic feeling home! They have done a magnificent job of blending old and new styles! Lots of space, very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Hosts were quick to reply to all our questions and superb to work with! Public transportation into NYC was close and easy to navigate. We loved being able to bring our kids to the big apple at Christmastime! Thank you!
