Fantastic Hawaiian Vacation Spot

The stay was amazing! The house was very clean and well prepared for our visit. The pool and the view from the pool was amazing. The KBM staff was very attentive and checked on us to ensure we had everything we needed. We will definitely be back.

Great place on the Big Island

My family and I enjoyed our stay in this unit. Plenty of room to stretch out, relax, make memories, and have fun. We appreciate that most everything you need is provided (e.g. dishes, utensils, washer & dryer). KBM did a good job communicating with us prior to the stay through check-in. There was a poorly lit closet in the Master, but they replaced the bulb after the weekend. We enjoyed the pool, the bar, the exercise room, and the food was excellent. Sunsets are beautiful and can enjoyed right there. The description and pictures were accurate.

Well-Furnished Condo and Attentive Service

Our family had a wonderful stay at HLI-19G. The 3BR condo was clean, comfortable, and very well furnished, and the advance communication leading up to check-in was excellent—clear, timely, and very helpful. We were also grateful to be offered and granted early check-in, subject to availability. During our stay, the KBM team checked in with us frequently. While the outreach was more than we personally needed, it’s clear they are committed to ensuring guests have everything they need. Overall, we had a great experience, appreciated the attentive service, and would stay again.
