La buona notizia è che Surf787 Guest Villa non ha avuto molti danni dopo l'uragano Marias e siamo di nuovo in affari. Abbiamo tutto: acqua, energia, internet e fantastiche vedute della bellissima Rincon. Non molte proprietà sono al 100%. Rincon è bello e pulito di nuovo e i ristoranti sono aperti. Vieni ad aiutare il PR a recuperare e goderti la nostra incredibile isola.

Nuova, moderna vista mare Villa situata sulla collina di Rincon in un canyon tropicale, a pochi minuti dal surf e dalle spiagge balneabili. Perfetto per portali di famiglia, ritrovi, yoga, SUP e ritiri di surf. La villa dispone di 6 camere da letto (7 camere da letto è opzionale) e 5 bagni che possono ospitare comodamente 12-16 persone. Tutte le camere sono dotate di A / C, TV / DVD, mini-frigo, ventilatore a soffitto e WiFi. Cucina gourmet completamente attrezzata, soggiorno e sala da pranzo con vista panoramica sull'oceano e sul tramonto. Piscina con gusto paesaggistico e barbecue, studio di yoga e sala giochi privata con tavolo da biliardo, ping pong, freccette, giochi da tavolo e attrezzature di allenamento. Parcheggio per 6-8 veicoli. Disponibile tutto l'anno. Soggiorno minimo di 3 notti.

Peaceful accomodations, great for a large group. Well stocked kitchen, pleanty of towels. All rooms have A/C. Owner does a walk thru and explains everything. And a bonus of 2 very well behaved dogs that belong to the owner.Excellent view and close to town. Had a very relaxing time.

House is very nice, comfortable and spacious. Pool is nice. We thought there was a pool table because of the pictures and there isn't. Other than that everything else was great. Beautiful view from the balcony perfect for morning coffee. Host was always available for questions and answered right away. Short drive from supermarkets, restaurants and beaches.

The property is laid out well for multiple families. It is a great base for many fun activities. It is close to a number of family friendly beaches. It is also located well for day trips to explore other areas. The kitchen has everything you could want for cooking. The host was friendly and responsive. The pool was well maintained and the kids loved it. Overall we really enjoyed our stay. The home could use some updating but it was clean and comfortable. It has plenty of space for us all to be together and also space for privacy when needed.

The 4 days stayed was so beautiful. Everyone was very comfortable with their stay. It has a pool, toys for the kids so much to do as the adults.Roger is an excellent host. He was there at all times if we had questions. If you have a large group that’s the place tone. I highly recommend this house.

Amazing home with amazing view. Close to the beach. The house felt very homie and comfortable.

We have really enjoyed our stay in thus house. Roger (the land lord) was very accommodating to us. If you’re looking for a great experience in Rincon I highly recommend this house. We’ll be back!

This is an awesome property. The communication with property owner was easy. If you are in Rincon definitely stay at this property. Although we were not at the home that much. When we were there we truly enjoyed the home. Lots of board games. There was something for everyone to do. My only complaint was the limited hot water but definitely didn’t spoil are vacation.

Great stay for a girl’s trip.

Roger was super helpful with the check in process and solving some initial issues with the property amenities. The fitness area was not exactly as pictured on the site, however that did not detract from all the other features that were as depicted. I recommend the property for families and small groups.

Perfect Family Rincon Vacation

Fantastic house in every way! Literally had something for everyone. Spacious very comfortable rooms, wonderful kitchen, game room, pool and outdoor spaces, fabulous views! This place has it all. Great access to Rincon beaches but remote enough to be quiet for our early sleepers. Best host ever!

Perfect house for a large group

We gathered four families including kids to celebrate a 50th wedding anniversary, and this house had everything we needed. 7 bedrooms, big kitchen, large family room, pool, and very close to many beaches in Rincon. Roger was a great host, and we would highly recommend this to anyone needing a large house.

Sweet 16 Getaway

My family and I traveled to Rincon and stayed at Roger’s place. We had more than enough space for our group of 11. The amenities were all great, including the pool and workout space! We loved that we were all able to dine together as a family for dinner in both of the indoor and outdoor spaces. All of our family enjoyed this property and we would definitely book again!

Had a wonderful stay at Roger’s house. House was comfortable and large; had everything needed to relax and have fun. Pool, game room, outdoor gym. Close to town center of Rincon and the beaches. Roger was great host and we had a blast surfing with him. Highly recommend.

Home was amazing. Well stocked. Just as pictured. Roger met us at check in since we arrived after dark to show us around. He made us feel very welcome. Was available for any questions. Views are amazing. My favorite spots were by the pool and the hammock on the top floor.so relaxing and just our family needed.

Simply Perfect!

This house is amazing and perfect for a big family. Kitchen and common area are on the middle floor making it convenient for resting quietly in the bedrooms. Roger was so kind and helpful, it really made our stay superb. Frieda and Taino were very welcoming ;) We recommend it 100%. Hope we can come back for a lovely family time. Game room and gym area were teenager's favorite hangout place.

Beautiful and quiet space with lovely amenities

Myself and friends stayed for my birthday week and had an amazing time. The pool and views were gorgeous, not to mention getting to town and other areas of interest was a breeze. Loved the rooms and the kitchen was great for group dinner prep- not to mention lots of privacy when needed due to what a large space it was. Checkin process included 30 min of details given in person by Roger, who was very nice, but I wish it had been in writing- otherwise it was a dream and my group now wants to come back and stay another time. We loved it! Thanks again Roger for hosting

Incredible House With Great Vibes!!!!

Had an amzing time time staying at Roger's house with 9 of my closest friends for a surf/fish/eat bachelor party! Roger has great advice on the best places to go with the smaller swell we had for the 4 days we were there and also hooked us up with excellent surfboards to ride so we didn't have to fly with our own. Overall I would say for a house with 10 guys in it it felt nice and private with room for everyone to take midday naps and enjoy their own space. I give this house 5 stars and would come back and stay here again for sure with a large group!

Property is in a great secluded area with stunning views of the ocean, but it could be cleaner.

The property is excellent for a large group and kids. It is located in a secluded area with stunning views of ocean and Desecheo (a small Island). However when we arrived we had to clean all the A/C’s (they were not throwing air at all) and certain areas. Certainly this affected our complete experience, which was not expected for a property of this caliber.

Thanks for staying with us and im very sorry about the ACs. We have a professional cleaning all the ACs twice a year but I guess because the intense rain this summer the humidity probably got our ACs dirty...We already got all the units cleaned...

The property is located on the hillside of Rincon. It is very private and safe and it has the most beautiful ocean and sunset views.

The Villa is unique because it can accommodate comfortably 16 people and it is location make it the perfect gateway. You are only 5 minutes from everywhere in town but when you are at the Villa it feels like a mini plantation with plenty of hammocks to rest and lots of privacy and peace.
