Perfect!

This property was absolutely perfect so easily accessible great view stocked well beautiful condoand short walk to the beach. Unfortunately we had a lot of rain and cold weather while we were there so we can’t wait to go back when the weather is nice and we can enjoy it some fun in the sun. We would definitely book this condo again

Beach and Family

We really enjoyed our stay at Phoenix IV. Our condo was so nice, especially the balcony! We wore out the beach, outside & inside pools. I think we will never forget this vacation! Orange Beach has a good traffic flow to get places you need to go! Thanks again!

The pay to park at 55 bucks is absurd (by the way you can get a visitor pass til 10, and after that you will towed) Seeping 8- 10 people, the paper products were grossly lacking. 1 roll paper towels, 1 laundry pod and 1 dish pod, 2 tp per bathroom. And no handsoap? Also,being so accessible to the beach you would think there would be beach towels. Love the keurig, however there was no coffee or tea to be had. The view was great and it was clean, however we won't be back. Orange Beach has other options for the price point.

The view from the balcony is very nice and it was a short trip to the beach. There’s an ice machine downstairs too which is convenient. Unfortunately the condo wasn’t clean. Dirty floors, dirty rug (needs replacing). Dust everywhere. Sent a message to the property managers and it took them 4 days to get back to me. They sent the cleaning crew back in to clean the floors but I had already cleaned them after they left our feet black after just a few hours. I mopped multiple times and dusted the baseboards. The dining room chairs are stained and the legs are all loose. The dryer has coins trapped in it and is super loud when in use. It says it sleeps 10 but there weren’t even enough towels for that many people. The condo just needs some updating and a good deep clean. The beach was great though and we have beautiful weather. Would be willing to stay again if it’s updated and cleaned well.

We can not wait to return. We have the best time! Location, location, location! The condo is very large. The kids each had their own bedrooms. We loved the size of the kitchen. We ate every meal on the balcony. It is right by grocery stores and restaurants. Very convenient. Gorgeous views of the waterfront. We will be back.
