Windward Pointe # 101 condominio è un must Affittare !! Offre i migliori in vista spettacolare del Golfo e comfort di lusso. Questa vera unità piano terra rinfrescante è a pochi passi dalle spiagge bianche zuccherine e la piscina all'aperto di forma ovale. Non fare le scale o in attesa di ascensori. E 'perfetto per ospitare la riunione di famiglia! Offre tre camere da letto e due bagni. Vi è un king size nella camera da letto matrimoniale, nella seconda camera da letto un letto matrimoniale tranquilla e due gemelli nella terza camera da letto. Ogni camera da letto e il soggiorno / sala da pranzo aperto al patio recintato. Questa funzionalità condominio è tutto piastrellato ed è decorata professionalmente e completamente arredato. Questo appartamento è dotato di cucina completamente attrezzata con 2 produttore indipendente del ghiaccio, lavatrice e asciugatrice, impianto stereo attraverso il condominio, e TV / DVD in ogni camera.

Il grande balcone in più avvolgente piastrelle prevede il massimo in spiaggia di visualizzazione, dall'alba al tramonto. E 'solo il luogo ideale per rilassarsi e gustare un caffè o un cocktail pomeridiano.

Parking was easy and the Condo was clean. Beach view was great. Pool is right outside the door. It was super convenient to go to and from the beach. Definitely a great spot! Great host.

We come to Orange Beach every year, and this has been our favorite place to stay yet! From the moment I booked, I had a feeling this was going to be the perfect spot, and it absolutely lived up to our expectations. The hosts were wonderful with communication from start to finish, making everything so easy.The ground-floor condo was ideal for our family, and having the pool just steps from the patio was a huge bonus. The location couldn’t have been better—close to great restaurants, shopping, and everything we wanted to do, yet still peaceful and relaxing.This place checked every box for us, and we were already talking about booking it again before we even left. We can’t wait to come back next year!

They respond immediately to any needs. I loved being on the ground floor. It really makes the beach even more convenient. The condo has everything you need. My husband normally gets a back ache when we travel but he had no trouble sleeping on the mattress here. They also give lots of great info about the area and we used some of their suggestions. Will definitely look to stay in this condo again.

Amazing location!!

We loved how this condo was located on ground floor with a nicely furnished patio that was right bedside the outdoor pool area. The condo has plenty of room for a family with children. We will definitely be back to stay here again

Great Getaway!

Property was really nice and the owners were very involved with getting us the information we needed to make it a smooth stay. We didn't have any issues with the rental at all. I would definitely book this condo again and would recommend others to do so as well.

This is our second year coming to stay here and it didnt disappoint. The feedback i shared last year was addressed this time. The condo is very comfortable and equipped with everything you need. The location is great and the unit is family friendly.

Excellent condo. Location was great. Loved the first floor condo with small kids. Close to pool. Hosts were excellent. Always answered my questions promptly. Great experience. Would definitely rent again.

Great Room

Great room with little ones! 1st floor was perfect for bringing things in and loading at the end of the trip. Right in the middle of the stretch with fantastic restaurants. Our boys loved the indoor pool to get the out of the heat of the day but still enjoy swim time. We will be staying again later this year. 3 mins from Walmart, which is always a plus.

Comfortable Condo

The condo was in a great location and you can’t beat the first floor and pool/beach access. Upon arrival we walked in to a well kept condo. We only had one minor issue and the property manager was a phone call away and addressed my concern quickly. The complex was quiet and well maintained. Would definitely rent this property again.

Great Stay! Great Condo!

The condo was great! Opened out to pool. No climbing stairs! Very clean. Very nice patio! Probably our only complaint was that a large group of kids/teens got in the pool every night about 11:00 and were very loud. They only stayed about an hour, so it certainly didn’t hurt our trip! Overall…great stay! Certainly will be back!

Great location

1st floor was a great location. The downside is Wi-Fi doesn’t work well and it’s hard to get cell service. The place was very clean. Needs a little home improvement for items around the unit. But the location was great! Beds were very comfy. The kitchen was very well stocked with supplies for cooking. I would stay there again.

Quick Family Vacation

We had a great time and really enjoyed the place! The condo’s first floor location is perfection! We loved being able to unload/load easily and the amazing access to the pool. Our only complaint is there is no phone service, and the WiFi doesn’t work, which created and issue where the TV wouldn’t stream without buffering- Not ideal for our football watching husbands, but everything else was wonderful!

We are so glad that you had a great experience and enjoyed our condo. Next time, let us know during the stay if you experience wifi issues or any issues at all. Every condo in the building has its own modem and wifi network provided by the HOA which shouldn’t have any issues and is strong enough/ fast enough to be able to stream on multiple devices. The service provider is local and responsive to resolving any issues. We are a tad disappointed that we were penalized in our rating due to poor cell service. This is the first we have heard about poor service. Although Labor Day is a busy time for us, which can slightly bog-down or weaken cell service, the cell infrastructure in our area is made to be able to handle the high number of visitors that we experience and we apologize for any issues that you experienced with it.

Windward- quiet & lovely

It was lovely. Beautiful views & functional. This condo provided necessities- was well furnished & clean- beds comfortable. Not much decor or extras like throws- games or nick knack ric rack. If you like clean streamline this is a great condo. No fluff. But a great unit for sure!!
