We had a wonderful stay at this lakefront condo. The space was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up with plenty of seating and lots of games to enjoy. The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed for cooking and entertaining. The views were absolutely beautiful, and we loved spending time out on the decks. The host was incredibly kind and responsive, even helping us out when I accidentally overbooked our dates. We felt very well taken care of. I will definitely be coming back here.

We had trouble getting into the condo because the security code I received was incorrect . I called it Sue and she was able to have her husband reset the code and we were able to get in. The condo and furnishings were beautiful and we loved the lake views plus having a gazebo close to us was great for pictures. The only problem I had was a bathroom was not available on the main floor and we had to go either up or down quite a few steps when you entered the condo.. thank you for your generous hospitality

Very nice location with plenty of space for guests to hang out and relax.Host communication timeliness was a huge disappointment. Upon arrival we had a serious issue and I immediately messaged the host, fri 4:30pm. I received no response until after checking out and arriving back home Sunday afternoon. Lack of both concern and urgency by the host was a concern.

Wonderful accommodations for our family wedding weekend. Spectacular views & great location. Clean & comfortable although could use a little updating but main gathering area was nice . The gnats were a little annoying but it was that time of year.

Quiet and Pretty location

We’ve stayed here twice and really enjoy it! Condo is in a quiet and semi private location. Owner is communicative. It is close to the park and a quick drive into downtown. The living room is really comfortable and the kitchen is pretty well stocked. We would stay again.

Excellent location and place!

Right on the lake, plenty of room for a family. We really enjoyed access to pool as well! Close to Petoskey and Harbor Springs.

Amazing

Great place, right on the water with a little beach. Nice rooms each with there own bathroom. Really close to all the places we needed to go to for the wedding we were in town for. Also 4 mins from a state park where we went swimming in Michigan great lake...thanks again

Check-in was seamless. Owners were responsive and answered questions. Location was perfect—between Harbor Springs and Petoskey right on Round Lake. Unit was clean but smelled musty and was a bit damp.

Great Ski trip condo

Overall it was a great stay. The condo was exactly what we wanted. 3 bedrooms and 3bathrooms. Beautiful view!

Perfect for our family

The second year in a row we had a wonderful time at this condo. We had an issue when we first arrived but Paul took care of it immediately. He was great to work with and the place is great for the six of us. Beautiful lake views, pool and hot tub after skiing was perfect.

Peaceful getaway

We loved our short time at Paul's home. It had everything we needed and was a lovely respite from the stay-home school/work our family has been experiencing. Our sons especially loved spending "after school" at Nub's Nob! Thanks for opening up your home to us.

Our family had an excellent stay at the condo. The location was perfect. The condo itself was beautiful and exactly as described. Kids loved playing in the lake. Communication with Paul was effortless. Would not hesitate to stay here again in the future.

Perfect vacation spot!

Our extended family of 7 stayed in this condo for a week. It was such a great location between Petoskey and Harbor Springs. We loved the close proximity to the market for necessities and the ice cream store for treats!! The indoor pool was a welcome change for the grandkids from the super hot weather we had. The A/C was a life saver given the hot week we had. We enjoyed the layout of the condo, with the well stocked kitchen, the availability of the laundry and the beautiful view. The boys had great success fishing, too. We hope to rent again next summer!!
